Ølsnedkeren Still Entangled 7,5% 33,0 cl. 55 A good imperial IPA has to be extremely dry and bitter almost fiery tasting. This beer has it all, its jacked with violently dry and bitter hops, but at the same time you get both fresh fruit og a lot of sweet notes. Mikkeller Sort Kaffe 9,2% 33,0 cl. 60 Dark coffee is an dark imperial IPA, the beer has an high hop contend but it does not overpower the great taste of nuts, chocolate and coffee. Mikkeller Crooked Moon 9,0% 33,0 cl. 60 This fierce DIPA is an anniversarybeer, it celebrates the Swedish tattoo store Crooked Moon, who has designed multiple of Mikkellers labels. This beer comes with two different labels, one from each of the two owners of Crooked Moon, Jacob and Jonas. 16 Whiskies Nosing notes Whichever malt you first decide to try, there is a certain ceremony in the tasting. Begin by selecting a tulip shaped glass. The wide waist and no-arrow rim will capture and concentrate the aroma far better than a conventional whisky tumbler. Next pour a measure of your chosen malt, warm the glass for a moment in your hand then swirl and inhale the nose. There a those who prefer to sip malt on its own like a cognac.
