4 Installation instructions 1 Easy to position, drill holes in frame and door (figure shows door with hinges on left). Place hinge on frame and screw down (max. 4 Nm). Install hinge part of the door frame! For self-tapping screws Ø 5 mm 1 1 Easy to position, drill holes in frame and door (figure shows door with hinges on left). Place hinge on frame and screw down (max. 4 Nm).! For standard screws Ø 5 mm 1 1 Insert bearing pin with marking to centre (zero position) in the door hinge part. Secure pin with special screw (max. 4 Nm). Mount door hinge part Screw on door hinge. Use two additional screws if necessary. 3 KT-EN: screw on angle stop at the upstand of the door. 4 Place and slip on hinge cover in the cut-out. Snap cap in place. Screw in lock screw

5 Adjustment instructions Sealing-pressure adjustment 1.5 mm 4 1 Remove cap. Slightly loosen special screw. 3 Adjust sealing pressure and hold in position. 4 Tighten special screw (max. 4 Nm) and slip on cap. +.5 mm 3 Horizontal adjustment Loosen lock screw. Remove cover strip. 3 Variable adjustment. 4 Slip on cover strip and tighten lock screw. 4 ± 5 mm Height adjustment Vertical adjustment, variable + 3 mm + 3 mm Carry out height adjustment only on bottom hinge readjust only upper hinges. 5

Even with a third hinge, installed in the middle, it is not possible to use heavier doors. The third hinge only helps to ensure a uniform sealing pressure. The cited door weights pertain to doors that are 1000 x 000 mm and which are exposed to normal stress when mounted on two hinges.
