1 RAJKIYA ENGINEERING COLLEGE, AGRA ROAD, MAINPURI REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR NEW ADMISSIONS Academic Session All newly admitted students have to report as per time schedule given here under: Admissions through UPSEE-2017 B.Tech. 1st Year (All) / Lateral Entry Tentative Date, Time and Venue of Registration 26 th to 29 th July, :00 AM 02:00 PM at REC Mainpuri Campus Schedule of Orientation 02 nd August, 2017 at 10:30 AM Date of Commencement of Classes 03 rd August, 2017 The first year students while coming to the Institute for registration are required bring following with them in a file cover in the same order as mentioned below : 1. Letter of Allotment in original and one self attested photocopy 2. Original receipt of seat acceptance declaration fee deposited at counseling center. 3. High School Certificate in original and one self attested photocopy 4. Mark sheet of Class XII or qualifying examination in original and one self attested photocopy 5. Migration/Transfer Certificate in original and one self attested photocopy 6. Category / Sub Category Certificate in original and one self attested photocopy 7. Character Certificate in original 8. Medical Certificate in original (Annexure-1) nos. of Pass port size recent colour photographs 10. Affidavit by Student against ragging (Annexure-2) 11. Affidavit by Parent/Guardian that their ward will not participate ever in ragging (Annexure-3). 12. Those SC/ST candidate interested in some scholarship should bring all documents as detailed in Annexure-4. The candidate other than SC/ST should also keep all these documents ready which would be needed latter as per the notification of UP Government regarding scholarship, if any. 13. All the candidate of SC/ST/OBC/Minority and General interested in scholarship as per norms are advised to check the website scholarship.up.nic.in and also time to time for scholarship related matter. How To Reach Rajkiya Engineering College, Mainpuri : The campus of Rajkiya Engineering College Mainpuri is located in Mainpuri District. It is about 09 km away from mainpuri bus station/railway station on Mainpuri-Shikohabad-Agra Road. If somebody is coming from Shikohabad, then he/she can get down at REC Mainpuri College Gate about 09 km before Mainpuri District Headquarter.

2 PROCEDURE OF REGISTRATION All new entrants will have to report sharp at 10:00 AM in the College Campus. The detail of registration venue will be on display. Candidate will take note of these detail and report at the specific registration venue. At registration venue they will be provided a set of Registration Form, Medical Insurance Registration Form, Proctorial Office Registration Form, Hostel allotment form which they will fill up and will submit to the appropriate authorities. The Institute fee, Hostel fee and mess advance will be deposited via SBI Collect mode. The link will be available on the institute website The hard copy of all fee receipts will be submitted at the time of registration to the appropriate authorities. After verification of the documents the registration process will be completed by the authorities present there and Registration Card will be issued to the student. After registration student will have to submit his/her Hostel Allotment Application (candidates belonging to outside Mainpuri District are eligible for Hostel) along with details of student registration no. to the warden/staff of Dean, Student Welfare, present at the venue of registration on the same day as per schedule. The hostel allotment is made strictly on the basis of branch-cum-category-cum-merit position followed by UP Govt. reservation policy for UPSEE-2017 admissions. Remaining formalities of Hostel allotment will be complete by the office of Dean, Students Welfare. HOSTEL AVAILABILITY AND ALLOTMENT Institute has limited hostel facility and therefore hostel can not be made available to all newly admitted students. In view of shortage of Hostel, the students belonging to Mainpuri District are not eligible for allotment of Hostel as a matter of policy. The hostel facility will be extended to First year students admitted through UPSEE-2017 on the basis of their branch-cumcategory-cum-merit position.
