Tests were performed in a laboratory approved by the national competent authority. (2) 2. På tyrestationen:/ In the SCC: 2.1 Besætningen blev testet for brucellose, tuberkulose, bovin genital campybakteriose og trichomonas i dets helhed med negative resultater i den seneste besætning forud for opsamlingsperioden af sæd, der skal eksporteres til USA./ The herd was tested for brucellosis, tuberculosis, bovine genital campylobacteriosis, and trichomoniasis in its entirety with negative results at the most recent herd test prior to the period of semen collection for export to the United States of America (USA) ; 2.2. Ingen kliniske eller andre tegn på brucellose, tuberkulose, bovin genital campylobakteriose, trichomonas eller leptospirose er fundet siden den seneste test af besætningen og forud for forsendelse af sæd til USA./ No clinical or other evidence of brucellosis, tuberculosis, bovine genital campylobacteriosis, trichomoniasis or leptospirosis was found since the most recent herd test and prior to the embarkation of semen to the United States; 2.3. En polymerase chain reaction (PCR) eller dyrkning af en forhudsprøve for bovin genital campylobakteriose (campylobakter fetus ssp. Venerealis) med negativt resultat. En immunofluorescent antistof test kan benyttes som en screeningstest under den betingelse at prøver, der reagerer positivt, er blevet undersøgt igen med brug af en egnet bekræftende test som fx en PCR eller dyrkning af forhudsprøven med negativt resultat./ A polymerase chain reaction (PCR) or culture of preputial smegma for bovine genital campylobacteriosis (Campylobacter fetus ssp. venerealis with negative results. Sundhedsundersøgelser, som krævet for eksport af tyresæd til USA, blev udført med test metoder, der er anerkendt i OIE s Manual of Diagnostic Tests and Vaccines for Terrestrial Animals, som accepteret for international handel./ Health tests required for export to the United States of bovine semen were performed by testing methods recognized by the Office International des Epizooties (OIE) Manual of Diagnostic Tests and Vaccines for Terrestrial Animals, as acceptable for international trade. 6. 8 The semen to be exported to the United States was maintained under lock and key or in the custody of the SCC veterinarian, and segregated from other semen of lesser health status, until it was placed in the shipping container and sealed with official seals of Denmark. 9. Intet af sæden, der skal eksporteres til USA, har været opbevaret eller transporteret i beholdere med sæd produceret under mindre end tilsvarende dyresundhedsmæssige betingelser./ None of the semen for export to the USA has been stored or transported in containers with semen produced under less than equivalent animal health conditions. 10.
