Our flowmaker and agitator range is developed to cover any need to keep wastewater and sludge fully suspended at your wastewater treatment plant. We offer mixers from 1.1 to 18.5 including a variety of gearing, propeller shape and speed possibilities. Our mixers are available with customized 4-, - or 8-pole motors as well as customized gearing. The hydrodynamic shape of the propellers is essential for the efficiency of the mixers, especially for the flowmakers which are available with 2 or 3-blade propellers in acid-proof stainless steel. 3 MR & OMR a solution in acid-proof stainless steel The MR mixer is a fairly new product from LJM. t can be used in small selector or sludge tanks where good mixing is required. t is well-suited for aggressive liquids, e.g. within the industry or at wastewater treatment plants where the PH-value of the liquid is high/low. The speed of the propeller is RPM (synchronous), direct-driven from a -pole motor. The mixer can be installed easily on a 0 or 80 square bar mast. The optimum shape of the propeller ensures a concentrated jet far out in the tank. The result is a very efficient mixing with low energy consumption. The MR mixer can be supplied from 1.1 to 3.0 and is equipped with a 2-blade propeller in acid-proof stainless steel. The motor is mounted with a temperature sensor in all windings, as well as with a leakage control in the oil chamber and in the motor. The mixer is also equipped with two high-quality mechanical seals. Motor bracket and lifting bracket are made of acid-proof stainless steel. The OMR type is also fairly new. t is made completely of acid-proof stainless steel. Like the MR-mixer it is well-suited for aggressive liquids within the industry and at wastewater treatment plants. urthermore, it can be used in tanks where very good and effective mixing is required. 4 The OMP is a sturdy agitator suitable for major mixing applications in sludge tanks with relatively high dry matter content. The agitator is extremely efficient for mixing and homogenizing deposits in equalization tanks. or such applications and for applications including periodical homogenizing the OMP is exceptional, e.g. in inlet tanks or at biogas plants prior to pumping into the reactor. The OMP agitator can be installed by means of either a fixed tank bottom bracket or by means of a bridge or a tank upper holder bracket in connection with maintenance the latter solution is preferred. 6 The MRP is a submerged flowmaker for mixing in activated wastewater or in tanks where gentle mixing at low water depth is required. The flowmaker is used in anaerobic and in de-nitrification tanks for gentle treatment of sludge. The peripheral speed on the propeller is important in this type of tank normal max. speed is 7 m/sec.
