Efter rabies virus vaccinationen er en blodprøve udtaget fra hunden og testet med positivt resultat på mindst 0,5 IE/ml ved brug af enten fluorescent antistof virusneutralisation test (FAVN) eller rapid fluorescent focus inhibition test (RFFIT) mellem 180 dage og 730 dage (24 måneder) før eksport./ Following the rabies virus vaccination, a blood sample has been collected from the dog and tested with a positive result of at least 0.5 IU/mL using either the fluorescent antibody virus neutralisation (FAVN) test or rapid fluorescent focus inhibition test (RFFIT) between 180 days and 730 days (24 months) before export. 3 3. EKTOPARASITTER OG EHRLICHIA CANIS (5) /EXTERNAL PARASITES AND EHRLICHIA CANIS (5) 3.1. Hunden er behandlet med et produkt, som dræber flåter og lopper ved kontakt (dvs. ikke et, der afhænger af at flåten bider) mindst 21 dage før udtagelse af blodprøve til Ehrlichia canis testning, og behandlingen holdes kontinuerligt beskyttende (gentages i overensstemmelse med producentens anbefalinger) indtil eksporttidspunktet./ The dog was treated with a product that kills ticks and fleas on contact (i.e. not one that relies on the tick to bite) at least 21 days before blood collection for Ehrlichia canis testing, and the treatment is continuously protective (repeated in accordance with manufacturer s directions) until the time of export Hunden er blevet testet med negativt resultat for Ehrlichia canis med en fortynding på 1:40 ved brug af en indirekte fluorescerende antistof test på en blodprøve udtaget indenfor 45 dage før eksporten og mindst 21 dage efter en kompliant behandling mod ektoparasitter blev givet jf. 3.1./ The dog was tested with negative result for Ehrlichia canis at a dilution of 1:40 using an indirect fluorescent antibody test, on a blood sample collected within 45 days before export and at least 21 days after a compliant external parasite treatment was applied, as per ENDOPARASITTER / INTERNAL PARASITES 4.1. Hunden er behandlet 2 gange med et endoparasitært middel effektivt mod nematoder og cestoder. De to behandlinger er givet i overensstemmelse med producentens anbefalinger med mindst 14 dages mellemrum og indenfor 45 dage før eksporten. Den anden behandling blev givet indenfor 5 dage før eksporten./ The dog was treated twice with internal parasite treatments effective against nematodes and cestodes. The two treatments were administrated according to manufacturer s directions at least 14 days apart and within 45 days before export. The second treatment was given within 5 days before export. 5. BABESIA CANIS ROSSI / BABESIA CANIS ROSSI 5.1. Hunden har aldrig været i hovedlandet Afrika, eller (3) / The dog has never been to mainland Africa, or (3) 5.2. Hunden har været i hovedlandet Afrika og er behandlet med en enkelt dosis imidocarbdipropionate på 7,5 mg/kg kropsvægt, eller to doser på 6,0 mg/kg kropsvægt med mindst 14 dages mellemrum. Behandlingen blev givet ved en subkutan injektion inden for 28 dage før eksporten (3)./ The dog has been to mainland Africa and was treated with a single dose of imidocarbdipropionate at a rate of 7.5 mg/kg body weight, or two doses of a rate of 6.0 mg/kg body weight given at least 14 days apart. Treatments were given by subcutaneous injection and given within 28 days before export (3). 6. BRUCELLA CANIS / BRUCELLA CANIS ENTEN (3) / EITHER (3) 6.1. Hunden er med negativt resultat (mindre end 50% agglutination) testet ved en serumfortynding på 1:100 ved brug af en mikroagglutinationstest på en blodprøve udtaget inden for 45 dage før eksporten, eller (3) / The dog was tested with a negative result (less than 50% agglutination) at a serum dilution of 1:100 using a microscopic agglutination test, on a blood sample collected within 45 days before export, or (3) 8.2. Hunden er fuldt ud vaccineret mod Leptospira interrogans sv. KLINISK UNDERSØGELSE / CLINICAL EXAMINATION Hunden er undersøgt og fundet fri for flåter, fluer og kliniske tegn på infektiøse og smitsomme sygdomme inden for 5 dage før eksport, og hunden er ikke mere end 30 dage drægtig eller diegivende på eksporttidspunktet./ The dog was examined and found to be free from ticks, fleas and clinical signs of infectious or contagious disease within 5 days before export, and the dog is not more than 30 days pregnant, nor suckling young at the time of export. 13. TRANSPORTEN TIL AUSTRALIEN / THE TRANSPORT TO AUSTRALIA Hunden er rask og egnet til at foretage rejsen til Australien og underkastes karantæne i Australien. Hunden bliver afsendt til Australien som anført last og afsendes i en transportkasse, der opfylder standarden som kræves i International Air Transport Association (IATA) Live Animals Regulation Container Requirement 1./ The dog is healthy and fit to undertake the journey to Australia and undergo quarantine in Australia. If any ticks are found, or if the external parasite treatment was not repeated in accordance with manufacturer s directions (for example, a monthly product must be re-applied with no longer than 31 days between treatment), then the preparation must be restarted as in points 3.1 and 3.2. (6) Alle behandlinger, prøveopsamlinger og undersøgelser skal udføres i et godkendt land af en embedsdyrlæge eller autoriseret dyrlæge, og alle tests skal udføres i et godkendt land på et laboratorium, der er anerkendt af Fødevarestyrelsen. Alle laboratorierapporter skal være på engelsk og skal indeholde microchipnummeret på hunden, som angivet i importtilladelsen, dato for indsamling af blodprøve til test og typen af testmetode. / All treatments, collection of specimens and examinations must be conducted in an approved country by an Official Government Veterinarian or a Government Approved Veterinarian, and all testing must be conducted in an approved country in laboratory recognized by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration. All laboratory reports must be in English and contain the microchip number of the dog stated on the Import permit, the date of blood sample collection for testing and the type of testing method.
