Farven er hvid RAL All steel components are made of steel grade 037 DIN 2395A, which is resistant to the chemicals most commonly used in laboratories, and have a powder-coating of at least 80µ. De er 200 mm eller 300 mm dybe og findes i forskellige højder. Panelerne lukkes med gavlplader og kan fås med stikkontakter i den øverste frontplade, armaturer i overpladen samt indvendig rør- og ledningsføring. Frontpladen er let at demontere. Sokkelpladen er udført i laminatbelagt vandafvisende krydsfiner. Installationspanelerne skal fastgøres i betongulv. Farven er hvid RAL The service spines are available in various lengths to maximise the room dimensions. They are 7 7/8 or 11 3/4" deep and come in different heights. Spine ends are closed with cover plates.the top front panel can be fitted with electrical sockets and taps can be fitted in the top plate.the front middle panel can easily be removed to allow for plumbing and electrical wiring. The lower front plate is made of water resistant laminated plywood.the spine frame must be securely mounted to a concrete floor slab. Broen kan leveres med integreret lysskinne. The electrical trunking forming the front of the service bridge is made of anodised aluminium in white RAL 9016 or alu nature. Computer, telephone points and sockets are easily fitted in the removable front panel. Inside, the bridge has room for pipework for water and gas, etc. Service outlets are mounted vertically under the bridge.the service bridge is available with an integrated light rail. Underskabe til stinkskabe leveres med studs ø=50 mm i bagklædning samt 10 mm tilbagetrukket bund for luftindtag. Ventilationen er ført til toppen af stinkskabet med ø=63 mm afgang. The carcase is made of 3/4" white melamine-coated chipboard and 1/4" back panel. Carcase parts are fitted with rounded PP edging. All front edges have a dust seal. The cabinets are assembled with glue and dowels. Standard poison- and chemical cabinets are supplied with an ø=3 7/8" extract spigot and with the bottom being drawn in for air intake. Underbench cabinets for fume cupboards are supplied with an ø=2" extract spigot in the back and the bottom drawn in for air intake. Cascases can be supplied with two different door types. For each door we have designed a specific handle and hinge. Certain cabinet models can also be supplied with roller shutters. The roller shutter doors are made of hard plastic (PP) and have 5/8" roller shutters.the front is equipped with a spring shaft for easy opening and closing and for placing the front in the desired position. Roller shutter cabinets are delivered with both the standard handles. COLOURS To choose Formica laminate colour fronts please require a Labflex colour chart. TOPLINE The Topline door is characterised by its rounded edges and a 4 3/8" vertical handle in anodised aluminium - with or without back plate.the door is laminated on the front and back side.the edge is made of anodised aluminium. Doors can be supplied with a 1/8" toughened smoked glass panel with a frame width of 3 1/2". Hinges are visible from the outside and made of anodised aluminium.they are fitted with sliding bushes to minimise abrasion. Hinges have an opening angle of 270 degrees. Lågen kan fås med 4 mm hærdet glas med en rammebredde på 60 mm (kun i over- og højskabe). Hængslet er udvendigt synligt, er selvlukkende og har en åbningsvinkel på 270 grader. Hængslet er konstrueret i henhold til DIN 4554, og OMEGA 1 Omega 1 has angular corners and a 6 1/4" horizontal handle in matt zamak with a matt chrome finish. It has a blank space where you can insert a code or a name to identify the contents and location of the unit. Bordpladetykkelsen er 19 mm eksklusiv vulst og 25 mm inklusiv vulst. LAMINATE Laminate-coated chipboard worktops has postformed frontedge or edges in laminate or PP. PP edging is glued to the chipboard with straight edges before the laminate is attached.this gives the highest possible abrasion strength and makes the worktop fluid resistant. Laminate worktops have a thickness of 1 1/8". SOLID POLYPROPYLENE (PP) The worktop is supplied with an marine edge.the worktop is 3/4" thick excluding marine edge and 1 1/8" inclusive marine edge. SOLID EPOXY RESIN Comes with or without marine edge.the worktop is 3/4" thick excluding marine edge and 1" inclusive marine edge. 12 Produktspecifikation Product specification HYLDER SHELVES Til alle skabe med en maksimumbredde på 900 mm anvendes 19 mm melamin med 1 mm kantbånd på sider og 3 mm kantbånd på for- og bagkant.til skabe bredere end 900 mm er hylderne 22 mm. Derudover kan tilvælges L-profil som ekstra understøtning. Hylderne er flytbare for hver 32 mm, og har en overfladekvalitet, der overholder DIN All cabinets of a maximum width of 35 3/8" have 3/4" melamine shelving with edging on both sides and 1/8" edging on the front and rear edge. Cabinets wider than 35 3/8" have 7/8" shelving. Optional L-profile for extra support. Shelves can be adjusted at 1 1/4" intervals and their surface meets the requirements of DIN SKUFFER DRAWERS Skufferne har pulverbehandlede stålsider og fås med udtræk på 80%. Skuffebunde og bagstykker er udført i 16 mm melamin, og alle synlige kanter er pålimet kantbånd i PP. Skuffeglideløb bliver monteret med Euro-skruer. 13 Produktspecifikation Product specification SOKLER PLINTHS UNDERSKABE PÅ HJUL MOBILE UNITS LÅSE LOCKS Soklerne er udført i 18 mm krydsfiner med laminat i farven mørkgrå F-2297 Terril. Modulsoklerne leveres samlede og fællessoklerne usamlede. Modulsoklerne leveres med stillesko. Grundmodulsokler er til skabe bredde 457 og 657 mm. Plinths are made of 3/4" laminated plywood and finished in dark grey F-2297 Terril. Module plinths are supplied fully assembled whereas combined plinths come unassembled. Module plinths are supplied with levelling feet. Basic module plinths are for cabinets width 18" and 25 7/8". Underskabe på hjul benævnes rullekassetter. Rullekassetternes hjulhøjde er 88 mm. De to forreste hjul er monteret med bremser. Mobile units are underbench units fitted with castors.the height of the castors is 3 1/2" and the two front castors are fitted with brakes. Hovedparten af skabsmodellerne kan leveres med møbellåse i lågerne og den øverste skuffe. Ruko låse kan ikke monteres i Omega overskabe med glaslåger, brug anden låse type. Se oversigt om låse side 158. The majority of the cabinet doors and top drawers can be supplied with locks. Ruko locks cannot be fitted into Omega top cabinets with glass doors, use other lock type. 14 Produktspecifikation Product specification STINKSKABE Stinkskabet er designet med skrå front for at give operatøren den bedste ergonomiske arbejdsstilling.ved behov for plads til store opstillinger, leverer vi stinkskabe med lige front. Det tilbydes med vandret sarg til tekniske installationer til stående arbejde eller med lodrette betjeningspaneler, hvilket giver god plads til benene ved siddende arbejde. Elboks, lysarmatur og ventilationstilslutning er placeret på toppen af skabet, hvor de er tilgængelige forfra, uden at skabet skal demonteres. Hejseruden er af 5 mm hærdet glas som foreskrevet i DS 457. Hejseruden er monteret med en airfoil i rustfrit stål. Kontravægten er præcist afmålt i vægt, så hejseruden let kører op og ned, og den er forsynet med faldsikring. Foran bordpladen er der monteret en aftagelig bordairfoil for at opnå det bedste luftflow i skabet til øget sikkerhed for operatøren. Udløbstude for vand, gas, luft o.lign. er placeret i armaturskinnen bag i skabet. Armaturskinnen er lavet af rustfrit stål, som er epoxylakeret. Designet på armaturskinnen betyder, at ekstra armaturer kan monteres på et senere tidspunkt, uden at skabet skal demonteres med store omkostninger til følge. Interne rørforbindelser er udført og trykprøvet fra fabrik, så stinkskabet er klar til tilslutning til husets installationer. Stinkskabets sider er beklædt med 0,8 mm laminat i farven F2255 Polar Hvid. Frontprofilerne er aftagelige og leveres i naturanodiseret aluminium. Den forreste bagklædning og skrådækket i skabet er lavet i kompakt laminat, og er lette at rengøre og meget resistente. De er aftagelige uden brug af værktøj, og monteres let efter rengøring. På bagklædningen er der mulighed for at montere laboratoriearme/stillads. Alle stinkskabe kan leveres med underskabe. Disse kan være med hængslede låger eller med skydelåger. Stinkskabet monteres med en rustfri ståltrompetstuds. Formen på denne giver et perfekt luftflow i stinkskabet, fordi luften ikke bliver suget fra stor bredde ud gennem et lille rundt hul. Trompetformen er samtidig med til at holde lyd-niveauet på et minimum (testrapport foreligger). Formen er endvidere medvirkende til at kondensering minimeres. Af sikkerhedsmæssige årsager er alle stinkskabene forsynet med eksplosionsklapper i det øverste dæk. Stinkskabsbunden leveres som standard i fire materialer: Rustfrit stål (316), polypropylen, epoxy resin og keramisk plade. Bunden kan leveres med drypkop og vask. Standard stinkskabe er testede i samarbejde med Dantec Invent ved Nürnberg i Tyskland. Skabene har været underlagt DS 457, NTVVS095, ANSI / ASHRAE , BS 7258 og DIN og sikkerheden har vist sig at være optimal i stinkskabene. Stinkskabene er dermed sikret de normer der er gældende i Danmark,Tyskland, Holland, England og Norge. Bemærk, afprøvning af stinkskabe i henhold til fælles europæisk norm EN14175 er igangsat og vil på sigt afløse alle nuværende europæiske standarder. VALG AF STINKSKAB Hvis der i laboratoriet arbejdes med opløsningsmidler eller andre farlige stoffer, bør dette ske i et stinkskab. Ligeledes kan støvende og ildelugtende processer af længere varighed også foregå i et stinkskab. Hvis der arbejdes med eksplosive stoffer som f.eks. æter, skal stinkskabet fremstilles specielt hertil. Ved afvejning, omhældning eller andre processer af kort varighed kan en aftrækskasse ofte være tilstrækkelig. 15 Produktspecifikation Product specification FUME CUPBOARDS FUME HOODS FOR THE US MARKET The fume cupboard has been designed with a sloping front in order to give the operator the best ergonomical working position. In case a large working area is required we can also offer a fume cupboard with a straight front.the front operating panel, where valves, switches and socket outlets are placed, can be positioned horizontally for working while standing, or vertically for working while seated. The connection box, fluorescent light fitting and exhaust flange are positioned on the top giving easy access from the front without having to dismantle the fume cupboard. The sash is made of 1/5" toughened glass as specified in DS 457. Also available in laminated glass as specified in BS On the lower edge of the sliding sash is a stainless steel airfoil.the counterweight is adjusted to match the sliding sash to ensure easy movements.the counterweight has built-in safety stops. A matching detachable airfoil is placed in front of the worktop in order to obtain the best airflow in the fume cupboard and maximum safety for the operator. Taps for water, gas, air etc. are placed in the service rail situated at the back of the fume cupboard.this rail is made of epoxy coated stainless steel.the construction of the service rail makes it possible to install extra taps at a later date, without dismantling the fume cupboard.the plumbing is installed and tested during manufacture by the factory. The surface of the fume cupboard is 0,03" laminate, colour F2255 Polar White. The removable rear baffle and the inclined top plate are made of compact laminate.these components have very good chemical resistance and can be easily removed for cleaning and reassembled without the use of tools. It is possible to attach laboratory equipment to the removable rear baffle/scaffolding. All fume cupboards can be delivered with an underbench cupboard. This can be supplied with hinged or sliding doors. The fume cupboard is delivered with a stainless steel exhaust flange.this fish shaped flange makes it possible to obtain an optimum airflow through the fume cupboard and ensures that the noise level is kept to a minimum (Test certificate is available). The flange also helps to minimize condensation. For security reasons all fume cupboards have built-in explosion flaps, situated horizontally next to the top light. The worktop is available in four different materials: Stainless steel (316), polypropylene, epoxy resin and ceramic. All worktops can be delivered with or without a drip cup and/or a sink. Standard fume cupboards are tested in partnership with Dantec Invent in Nuremberg, Germany.The cupboards have been tested according to DS 457, NTVVS095, ANSI / ASHRAE , BS 7258 and DIN and the result was: fume cupboards with optimum safety. Consequently the fume cupboards adhere to the safety standards that apply in Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, the UK and Norway. Please also note that we are currently testing the fume cupboards on the basis of the common European standard EN14175, which will replace all other European standards in future. CHOICE OF FUME CUPBOARD Laboratory processes using solvents and other dangerous substances should take place in a fume cupboard. Long duration processes involving dust and offensive fumes can also take place in a fume cupboard. If explosive substances like ether are used, the fume cupboard must be specially designed for this type of work. For weighing, decantation, or other processes of short duration a fume hood is often sufficient. Labflex recommend that a ventilated chemical cupboard is placed close to the fume cupboard to minimize transportation of dangerous chemicals. GENERAL INFORMATION The hoods designed for the US market have the same superstructure specification as all other Labflex fumehoods. However the models for the US customers have been modified with regards to services and other technical installations. FUMEHOOD TYPES All fumehoods are available for seated work and for standing work. All hoods with a height of 94 1/2" can be fitted with a bypass grill for constant volume. ELECTRICAL SERVICES All electrical services used in the hoods are UL approved components. PIPING IN FUMEHOODS All hoods are pre-piped in the factory to specification. The pipes are standard 3/8" copper. The valve and outlet are connected with a HY-LOCK CUA-6 connection. The hood can be pre-piped to the top of the hood or as standard below the work surface. Alternatively the fumehoods can be prepiped with stainless steel tubing. All vacuum breakers are fitted at the top of the fumehood. All of the piping configurations comply with the National Plumbing Codes. It is important to verify compliance with states and local codes prior to manufacturing. 16 Vedligeholdelse Maintenance STINKSKABE BORDPLADER Vedligeholdelse af overflader i standardstinkskabe skal foretages ved regelmæssig afvaskning med varmt vand og rengøringsmiddel, således at alle overflader holdes rene, og eventuelle kondenserede kemikalier fjernes. Rengøring bør udføres mindst en gang om måneden og gerne oftere, hvis stinkskabet bruges hver dag. Bagvæggen i stinkskabets indvendige arbejdsrum bør aftages under den regelmæssige rengøring og renses omhyggeligt. Specielle stinkskabe til perchlorsyre, radioaktive materialer eller andre farlige substanser/stoffer bør indgå i en særlig rengøringsrutine. Denne bør omfatte en generel rengøring, som angivet ovenfor, samt alle øvrige procedurer, som den førende videnskab og/eller sikkerhedsorganisation anser for nødvendige - f.eks. vedrørende radioaktiv beskyttelse. HEJSERUDENS VEDLIGEHOLDELSE Hejserudens hærdede glas glider i en fals. Bortset fra lejlighedsvis smøring af hjul og kuglelejer, er det ikke nødvendigt med anden vedligeholdelse end regelmæssig afvaskning. For de højdejusterbare stinkskabe bør befæstningspunkterne på hejsesystemet samt ledninger og stempelstang på actuatoren inspiceres. Af hensyn til sikkerhed og materiellets levetid, anbefales det at alle stinkskabe gennemgår et årligt eftersyn. Et sådan planlagt eftersyn kan være medvirkende til at undgå uforudsete brugsstop. Alle stinkskabe er præfabrikerede hos Labflex i Danmark. På pladsen monteres og fastgøres stinkskabet på underpart, bordpladen monteres og fastgøres når skabet er placeret og stillet på plads. Alle tilslutninger foretages af de kompetente parter. Stinkskabe fra Labflex er kontrolleret før afsendelse fra fabrikken i Danmark. I forbindelse med den omfattende kontrol som Labflex stinkskabe gennemgår før de forlader produktionen foretages der ligeledes en tætheds- og trykprøvning af alle vvs-installationer. Den endelige kontrol og afprøvning foretages efter opstilling og inden ibrugtagning på pladsen. Efter at stinkskabet er stillet op på pladsen og alle tilslutninger er foretaget, gennemgås stinkskabet af en Labflex montør og projektleder. Vedrørende tætheds- og trykprøvning af vvs-installationerne er det den ansvarshavende vvs-installatør der foretager den endelige tætheds- og trykprøvning, efter at stinkskabet er opstillet og monteret på pladsen. Efter at et stinkskab er meldt færdiginstalleret af alle involverede parter og inden det tages i brug, bør der laves en sporgasmåling på hvert enkelt skab. LAMINAT / KOMPAKT LAMINAT Regelmæssig aftørring med varmt vand og et mildt rengøringsmiddel, brun sæbe eller sæbe-spåner vil sikre, at laminatet holdes i god stand. Alvorlige mærker/aflejringer kan i visse tilfælde fjernes med opløsningsmidler eller ikke-slibende rengøringsmidler. RUSTFRIT STÅL Rengøres normalt med varmt vand og rengøringsmiddel. Ved kraftigere pletter kan det være nødvendigt at anvende ikke-slibende rensemidler (evt. Sidol). Rustfrit stål er kun syreresistent og ikke syrefast. Derfor tilrådes omhu. EPOXY RESIN Regelmæssig rengøring med rengørings- eller opløsningsmiddel vil normalt være tilstrækkelig. For nogle materialers vedkommende kan fysiske skader repareres ved hjælp af specielle fyldmaterialer. KERAMISKE Vedligeholdes ved regelmæssig afvaskning med rengøringsmiddel. Mere fastsiddende pletter kan almindeligvis fjernes ved hjælp af et mildt slibende rengøringsmiddel. Det er vanskeligt at reparere eventuelle fysiske skader på keramiske bordplader. POLYPROPYLEN Regelmæssig afvaskning med rengøringsmiddel (brun sæbe eller sæbespåner) er sædvanligvis det eneste, der kræves. Der kan bruges en normal grov køkkensvamp. Milde slibende rensemidler kan bruges, når det skønnes nødvendigt, og er ofte effektive til fjernelse af små overfladeridser. Overfladen på polypropylen er særlig sårbar over for angreb af organiske opløsningsmidler, og disse midler bør derfor fjernes straks. 17 Vedligeholdelse Maintenance FUME CUPBOARDS WORKTOPS Maintenance of all surfaces on a standard fume cupboard must be done regularly with the use of hot water and cleaning agent, so that all surfaces are kept clean and any condensed chemical residue removed. Cleaning should be done at least once a month, and preferably more often if the fume cupboard is used daily.the removable backpanel inside the fume cupboard chamber should be removed and carefully cleaned during regular maintenance. Fume cupboards made especially for working with perchloric acid, isotopic substances or other dangerous substances should have a special maintenance/cleaning programme as prescribed by leading science and safety organizations on for example protection against radioactivity. SLIDING GLASS SASH The toughened glass sash slides in a groove.the glass should be washed/cleaned regularly. The wheels and ball bearings need only occasional oiling. On the height adjustable fume cupboards, inspect the fixing points on the hoisting system as well as the actuator cables and piston rod. For safety reasons it is recommended that all fume cupboards undergo a yearly inspection. Planned inspections can prevent unforeseen and undesired breakdowns occurring. All fume cupboards are prefabricated in Labflex s factory in Denmark.The fume cupboard is positioned onto the base section on site. The worktop is fitted and secured when the fume cupboard has been positioned. All service connections to the unit are to be undertaken by a certified trade contractor. All Labflex fume cupboards are tested before leaving the factory in Denmark. Additionally, all plumbing services are pressure tested for leaks prior to despatch. Final inspections and tests should be carried out on site before the fume cupboard is put into service. When a fume cupboard has been installed on site and all piping and wiring connections have been completed, the fume cupboard is inspected by a Labflex operative along with the Project Manager. A final hydraulic pressure test is to be carried out by a certified plumber when the fume cupboard installation is complete.when all relevant parties have approved the installation of the fume cupboard it is recommended that a commissioning test is undertaken. Commissioning should not be executed until the installation and services are complete. Each fume cupboard should be tested individually. A certified company should carry out all containment testing. LAMINATE / COMPACT LAMINATE Regular washing with hot water and a mild cleaning agent, soft soap or soap flakes will keep the laminate surface in good order. Serious marks or sediments may be removed using solvents or a non-abrasive cleaning material. STAINLESS STEEL Should normally be cleaned with hot water and ordinary cleaning agent. If necessary serious spots can be removed using a non-abrasive cleaning material. Stainless steel (316) is acidresistant only therefore we advise care when using acids, all spillages should be wiped up immediately. EPOXY RESIN Regular use of hot water and a cleaning agent or solvents will normally be all that is required. Physical damage may be repaired with special filling material. CERAMIC Regular use of hot water and a cleaning agent is all that should be required. Persistant stains can usually be removed using a mild abrasive paste. Any physical damage is difficult to repair. POLYPROPYLENE Regular use of hot water and a cleaning agent is all that should be required. Mild abrasive cleaners and the use of a non-metal scouring pad will often remove small scratches from the surface. The surface of polypropylene is particularly vulnerable to attack from organic solvents and any spillage must be removed immediately. Further information is available on all materials. Rør og el føres i zonen bag bordstellene, hvor de monteres med beslag samt i installationsbroen. Installationsbroen kan monteres med stikkontakter og vvs-armaturer, som kan placeres frit i hele broens længde. Der er adgang til servicezonen fra gavlen evt. gennem dør eller bag dækplader, som er aftagelige uden brug af værktøj. De rummelige skabe er udført med enkelt tætningsprofil, så støvet holdes ude. Fronter med glas giver hurtigt overblik. Underskabene som bruges i system 10 er de samme som anvendes i system 14. Systemet fås også med endevaskebord. System 10 stands out as a harmonic and functional system. A stand-alone system, the cabinets can be freely moved horizontally without tools, or easily changed to a different setup. Any pipe work and electrical cables are installed on brackets in the area behind the support frames, or in the service bridge. The service bridge can be fitted with sockets and taps located in the desired position throughout the bridge. From the end, there is access to the service zone, either through a door or through the cover panels which can be removed without tools. The spacious cabinets are supplied with a sealing profile to keep out the dust. Glass fronts provide an efficient overview.
