Use description Use - Control of black garden ant (Lasius niger) Product type Where relevant, an exact description of the authorised use PT8 - Insecticides, acaricides and products to control other arthropods (Pest control) NEU 6 I is used to eliminate black garden ant colonies in residential houses and adjacent areas like balconies and terraces. The intended uses include indoor and outdoor application using a bait trap. Traps are placed in proximity to ant nests or directly onto ant trails. Within 3- weeks the population will become extinct. It is intended for indoor and outdoor use in residential houses and adjacent areas like balconies and terraces against black garden ant (Lasius niger) by professional and non-professional users. Application rate(s) and frequencies Ready to use For the control of ants a ready-to-use metal box can be used. The containers are placed in the proximity of the formicary or directly onto ant trails. Max. baits stations should be used per placement/terrace or balcony or indoor. Shall be replaced after weeks if necessary. Instructions for use Carefully pierce the perforated area at the side of the bait box with a pointed object (scissors, screw driver etc) to create entry / exit holes for the ants. Place the bait in the vicinity of ant nests or where ants pass regularly - along walls and base boards, in corners, under sinks, inside cabinets. Place ONLY in positions inaccessible to children and pets. For maximum efficacy, check the bait regularly and replace every month if necessary. Keep away from food, drink and animal feeding stuffs. 5..
