9 Classifications of Collaboration Centralized cooperation The players form collaborations to achieve common objectives and then share the resulting benefits The decision maker has complete information about all the players and determines the optimal transportation solution Decentralized co-operation No information or only part of the information is shared Each player is selfish and pursues only a selfish goal, which is to maximize its individual benefit Mechanisms should be designed to regulate the interaction among the players and to guide individual players' profit maximizing behavior towards the solution of the global optimization REFERENCE M. 12 Collaborative Logistics Projekt under puljen til gennemførelse af demonstrationsprojekter - Center for Grøn Transport, Trafikstyrelsen Formål: Udvikle og afprøve nye logistiske metoder samt transport- og distributionsløsninger, der baserer sig på infrastruktur og systemer som samarbejdsparter har etableret i fællesskab Mål: Levere et konkret bidrag til at øge fyldningsgraden på biler, reducere tomkørsel og stimulere samordnede transportformer gennem et samarbejde mellem transportkøbere Projektperiode: Fra den 1/ til den 30/ DTU Management Engineering, Technical University of Denmark

16 Konklusioner og vejen videre frem Horisontalt samarbejde reelt eneste kendte model i stand til samtidigt at reducere omkostninger, øge fyldningsgrad, reducere CO2 påvirkning og øge leveringsfrekvens Erfaringer Stadigt nyt koncept men gode europæiske erfaringer Demonstrationsprojekter viser potentialet også for DK Udfordringer Tidskrævende proces for opsætning Kræver tillid, åbenhed og omstillingsparathed The neutral trustee undgå problematik vedr. konkurrenceforvridning Profitdeling ml. transportkøberne 16 DTU Management Engineering, Technical University of Denmark
