EN ISO 128-20:2001 (E) Foreword The text of the International Standard from Technical Committee ISO/TC 10 "Technical drawings, product definition and related documentation" of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the secretariat of which is held by CMC. This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by April 2002, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by April 2002. NOTE FROM CMC The foreword is susceptible to be amended on reception of the German language version. The confirmed or amended foreword, and when appropriate, the normative annex ZA for the references to international publications with their relevant European publications will be circulated with the German version. IS0 128=20:1996(E) Foreword IS0 (the International Organization for Standardization) is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies (IS0 member bodies). The work of preparing International Standards is normally carried out through IS0 technical committees. Each member body interested in a subject for which a technical committee has been established has the right to be represented on that committee. International organizations, governmental and non-governmental, in liaison with ISO, also take part in the work. IS0 collaborates closely with the International Electrotechnical Commission (I EC) on all matters of electrotechnical standardization. Draft International Standards adopted by the technical committees are circulated to the member bodies for voting. Publication as an International Standard requires approval by at least 75 % of the member bodies casting a vote. International Standard IS0 128-20 was prepared by Technical Committee ISOfTC 10, Technical drawings, product definition and related documentation, Subcommittee SC 1, Basic conventions. This first edition is based on IS0 128:1982, clause 3, and it replaces the rules specified in that clause. Internationale standarder udarbejdes normalt af ISO s tekniske komitéer. 0 IS0 IS0 128=20:1996(E) Introduction IS0 128-20 was prepared as lso/dls 1201 l-l. IS0 128-20 contains generally applicable rules for the presentation of lines in all kinds of technical product documentation. The application of lines within drawings of special technical fields varies considerably. Therefore rules of application are not given in this part of IS0 128. Other International Standards containing rules for lines in specialized fields are listed in annex A.
DS/EN ISO 128-20:2001 Indledning ISO 128-20 blev udarbejdet som ISO/DIS 12011-1. ISO 128-20 indeholder generelt anvendelige regler for angivelse af linjer til brug i alle former for teknisk produkt-dokumentation. Anvendelsen af linjer på tegninger i forbindelse med særlige tekniske områder varierer meget. Derfor gives der ingen regler herfor i denne del af ISO 128. INTERNATIONAL STANDARD 0 IS0 IS0 128-20:1996(E) Technical drawings - General principles of presentation - Part 20: Basic conventions 1 Scope for lines This part of IS0 128 establishes the types of lines, their designations and their configurations, as well as general rules for draughting of lines used in technical drawings, e.g. diagrams, plans or maps. 2 Definitions For the purposes of this part of IS0 128, the following definitions apply. 2.1 line: Geometrical object, the length of which is more than half of the line width and which connects an origin with an end in any way, e.g. straight, curved, without or with interruptions. NOTES 1 The origin and the end may coincide with one another, e.g. in the case of a line forming a circle. 2 A line, the length of which is less than or equal to half of the line width, is called a dot. 3 A test should be made in order to check the appearance of drawings intended to be microcopied or transferred by fax. 2.2 line element: Single part of a non-continuous line, e.g. dots, dashes, which vary in length, and gaps. 2.3 line segment: Group of two or more different line elements which form a non-continuous line, e.g. long dash/gap/dot/gap/dot/gap.
DS/EN ISO 128-20:2001 Teknisk tegning Almene tegneregler Del 20: Grundlæggende regler for linjer 1 Emne Denne del af ISO 128 fastlægger de linjetyper, deres betegnelser og konfigurationer samt de almindelige regler for tegning af streger, som anvendes til tekniske tegninger, fx skemaer, horisontalprojektioner eller kort. 2 Definitioner I denne del af ISO 128 gælder følgende definitioner. 2.1 linje: Geometrisk genstand, hvis længde er mere end halvdelen af linjebredden, og som forbinder et begyndelsespunkt med et endepunkt, uanset om den fx er lige eller krum, med eller uden afbrydelser. NOTER: 1. Begyndelsespunktet og endepunktet af linjen kan falde sammen med hinanden, fx hvis en linje danner en cirkel. 2. En linje, hvis længde er mindre end eller lig med halvdelen af linjebredden, kaldes en prik. 3. For tegninger, som skal mikrokopieres eller overføres pr. fax, bør udseendet kontrolleres. 2.2 linje element: Enkelt del af en ikke-kontinuert linje, fx prikker, streger med begrænset og varierende længde samt mellemrum. 2.3 linjesegment: Gruppe af to eller flere forskellige linjeelementer, som udgør en ikke-kontinuert linje, fx lang streg/mellemrum/prik/mellemrum/prik/mellemrum. 1 (da)
