INTRODUCTION: is pleased to welcome the junior elite players at our open tournament, and we hope that we are going to see a number of exciting and well-played matches played in a good atmosphere, like the previous years. The matches will be played in the HBC-hall, 62 Bibliotekvej, 2650 Hvidovre and the Præstemosehall, 209 Præstemosen, 2650, DK. The tournament starts with the mixed doubles. The tournament committee will arrange transport between the two covered courts. PLEASE NOTICE: - Team leader meeting will be arranged in the HBC hall Saturday morning 8:30 am - That the players are not allowed to play in sponsored clothes which have not been approved by Badminton Denmark - That the players must report their arrival to the tournament committee and be ready to play 30 minutes before their matches are to begin as scheduled in the programme - That warming-up on the courts is not allowed - That substitute players can only enter in singles if he/she has not been evaluated a stronger player than the seeded player by the tournament committee, and if the substituted player is also entered in the double matches - That in the doubles a player can only be substituted if no matches have been played, and if the new couple has not been evaluated as being stronger than one of the better seeded couples, and if the substitute players has not been entered in the same category - That the HBC hall and the Præstemosehall both have an Restaurant - That bottles and glasses are not allowed in the covered courts and locker rooms PRIZES: 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes in each category.

Preliminary matches: Saturday, October 15, 2011 from 9 am in - HBC-hallen, 62 Bibliotekvej, 2650 Hvidovre, DK (Mixed Doubles upper half, Mens Singles and Mens Doubles) - Præstemosehallen, 209 Præstemosen, 2650 Hvidovre, DK (Mixed Doubles lower half, Ladies Singles and Ladies Doubles) Semifinals and Finals: Sunday, October 16, 2011 from 10 am in HBC-hallen, 62 Bibliotekvej, 2650 Hvidovre, DK Tournament committee: Mr. Per Skov Simonsen / Mr. Anders Fagerberg, +45 5123 1805 / +45 2126 7188 CONDITIONS OF PLAY: The tournament will be played in full accordance with the tournament rules and regulations set out by Badminton Denmark. The players must be present in the covered courts 30 minutes before the matches are to begin, as schedules in the programme. Further notice will not be given. Players proceeding in the respective series, who are not present when notice of their match is given, will be scratched. The players who is scratching in single - after the tournament is started - must leave the tournament. The players are not allowed to leave the courts where the respective matches are to be played, without permission from the tournament committee. The players must be ready to play their next match 15 minutes after the end of their previous match. Any player must unconditionally comply with the instructions given by the umpire or the tournament committee. The tournament committee have the authority to declare a match lost, if a player is not willing to comply with their decision. Any matter of dispute concerning the interpretation of the rules, is settled by the tournament committee which is also is the superior authority. (HBC) welcomes you in our Restaurant All prices in DKK During event the kitchen serves cold dishes: Toasts (cheese and ham) 20,Sports rolls, chicken or ham 30,Club sandwich 55,Home made cake 10,We also offer fresh fruit, soft drinks, candy etc. Praestemose-hall In the 2n d hall, Praestemosen (female part of the tournament during Saturday) players have the possibility of buying: Toasts (cheese and ham) 20,Sports rolls, chicken or ham 30,Home made cake 10,Soft drinks & Coffee Dinner - Order form for Saturday evening Warm dishes/dinner from the HBC restaurant will be available during the entire event. During Saturday in the 2nd. hall Praestemosen warm dishes will be ordered from the HBC restaurant to be delivered in the Praestemose-hall. To ensure swift delivery we ask all teams to place and pay orders in advance. The menu consists of: 1) Lasagna with salad and bread 2) Special Danish pork tenderloin stew, served with rice Cost is 60,- per portion No. of Lasagna No. of Tenderloin Preferred time of delivery (only for the Praestemose-hall, Saturday after 15:00) : Please fill in above form and deliver and pay it to the HBC restaurant Saturday morning after the brief.
