Taarup 4024-4028 - 4032 13 1-3 Monter afstandsstykke A og holder for snor B på hydraulikcylinderen. Bemærk: Afstandsstykke er justerbar ved C, og cylinderen er justerbar ved D (max. 180 mm), - se side 17. kjh Efter en eventuel justering af cylinderen kontrolleres, at hydraulikrør H styrer korrekt ind i palhuset J. I modsat fald ødelægges hydraulikrøret. 4-5 Der bores to styk Ø 7,5 mm huller i trækstangen, for montering af holder E og G. Forbind nylonsnor F til traktor. Anvendelse: Træk i snoren når maskinen skal svinges i transportposition. 1-3 Mount distance piece A and holder for thread B on the hydraulic cylinder. Note: The distance piece is adjustable at C, and the cylinder is adjustable at D (max. 180 mm), - see page 17. kjh If the cylinder is adjusted, it must be checked that the hydraulic tube H goes correctly into the pawl housing J. If not, the hydraulic tube will be destroyed. 4-5 Drill two holes of Ø 7.5 mm in the drawbar for the mounting of holder E and G. Connect nylon rope F to the tractor. Application: Pull the rope to turn the machine into transport position.

Taarup 4024-4028 - 4032 17 1-2 Indstilling af deflektorplader Iagttag, at når deflektorpladerne er stillet mod højre, er maskinens trækstang i position B. Stilles deflektorpladerne mod venstre drejes trækstangen automatisk til position C. Deflektorplader mod højre (illustration 1): Justering af spindlen J: Er traktorens udvendige dækbredde K ca. 2,5 m, indstilles spindlen til 170 mm. Er traktoren bredere, skal spindellængden være mindre. Spindlen må skrues ud til max. 180 mm. Hydraulikcylinder for deflektorplader: Anvend hul A som udgangspunkt og juster om nødvendigt i hullerne G, - se side 19. Afstanden F skal modsvare traktorens dækbredde. Deflektorplader mod venstre (illustration 2): Justering af stopklods L: Med denne stopklods, justeres trækstangens udsving, vist ved B - C. Er traktorens udvendige dækbredde K ca. 2,5 m, indstilles klodsen i den viste position. Er traktoren bredere, rykkes klodsen frem i de forreste huller. 1-2 Adjustment of deflector plates Make sure that the drawbar of the machine is in position B when the deflector plates are adjusted to the right. If the deflector plates are adjusted to the left, the drawbar will automatically turn to position C. Deflector plates to the right (illustration 1): Adjustment of the spindle J: If the outer track width K of the tractor is approximately 2.5 m, the spindle should be adjusted to 170 mm. If the tractor is wider, the length of the spindle should be smaller. The maximum adjusted length of the spindle should not exceed 180 mm. Hydraulic cylinder for deflector plates: Use hole A as starting point and adjust if necessary in holes G, - see page 19. The distance F should correspond to the track width of the tractor. Deflector plates to the left (illustration 2): Adjustment of stop block L: With this stop block the movements of the drawbar is adjusted, shown at B - C. If the outer track width K of the tractor is approx. 2.5 m, the stop block should be adjusted in the shown position. If the tractor is wider, the block should be displaced to the front holes.

Taarup 4024-4028 - 4032 19 1 Indstilling af deflektorplader Hydraulikcylinderen, som drejer deflektorpladerne til højre eller venstre side, kan monteres i 6 positioner, vist ved A... F. Vælg position A som basisindstilling. Denne indstilling giver maksimalt udsving af deflektorpladerne til højre og venstre side, - se illustration A. De øvrige indstillinger giver mulighed for at mindske udsving af deflektorpladerne, som vist på illustrationerne B, C, D, E og F. 1-2 Adjustment of deflector plates The hydraulic cylinder turning the deflector plates to the right- or lefthand side can be set in 6 positions, shown at A... F. Choose position A as basic position. This position gives maximum movement of the deflector plates to the right- and lefthand side - see illustration A. The other positions allow to reduce the movement of the deflector plates as shown with the illustrations B, C, D, E and F.

Taarup 4024-4028 - 4032 21 Ekstraudstyr 1-6 El-hydraulisk styreventil: Fra styreboks i traktorens førerhus, kan hydraulik indstilles til aktivering af cylinder A eller B. Ventilen anbefales, såfremt maskinen skal arbejde på skrånende terræn. Bestillingsnr. komplet 68.686.000. Montering: Styreboksen C anbringes hensigtsmæssigt i traktorens førerhus. El.stik D skal tilsluttes traktorens strømforsyning 12 V. (+ = brun ledning og = blå). Kablet kan f.eks. tilsluttes traktorens klemrække, som er udstyret med sikring (min. 8 A). Paludløser F demonteres. Påsvejs konsol G på trækstangen som vist. 2 stk. Ø 5,5 mm bores. Monter hydraulikventil H og forbind hydraulikslanger L og M som vist. Slangerne fra ventil til cylinder for skårdeflektor er vist ved J og K. Optional equipment 1-6 The electric control valve: From the control box in the tractor cabin, the hydraulics can be set to activate the cylinder A or B. The use of the valve is recommended if the machine is working in hilly areas. Part number complete is 68.686.000. Mounting: Mount control box C in the driver's cabin of the tractor. Connect cable D to the tractor's electric supply 12 V. (+ = brown cable and = blue). Cable can for example be connected to the tractor's tag block, which is provided with fuse (min. 8 A). Dismount the pawl F. Weld the bracket G on to the drawbar as shown. Drill 2 holes, dia. 5.5 mm. Mount the hydraulic valve H and connect the hydraulic hoses L and M as shown. The hoses from the valve to the cylinder for swath deflector are shown at J and K.

Taarup 4028 C - 4032 C 23 Specielt for Taarup 4028 C og 4032 C 1 Hydraulikcylinder monteres i hul A. 2-3 Skårdeflektorudstyr til Taarup 4028 C og 4032 C har ikke automatisk skiftefunktion fra side til side. Høstemetoden ved disse maskiner er, at en mark høstes fra én side, og for at lægge to skår sammen vil deflektorpladerne altid skulle stå i samme side. Normalt vælges højre side, vist ved C. Standard leveres udstyret med justerbar forbindelsesstang B. Som ekstraudstyr kan der leveres hydraulisk cylinder D for justering eller eventuelt sideskift af deflektorpladerne. Bemærk: Traktoren skal have et sæt dobbeltvirkende olieudtag disponibel for at kunne anvende hydraulikcylinderen. Special for Taarup 4028 C and 4032 C 1 Mount the hydraulic cylinder in the hole A. 2-3 The swath deflector equipment for Taarup 4028 C and 4032 C does not have an automatic function to move the deflectors from side to side. The mowing method of these machines is to mowe the field from one side, and to lay two swaths together, the deflector plates should always point in the same direction. Usually, to the righthand side, shown at C. As standard an adjustable connecting rod B is delivered with the equipment. A hydraulic cylinder D to adjust or to move the deflector plates from side to side is available as optional equipment. Note: The tractor must have a set of double-acting oil connections in order to use the hydraulic cylinder.
