For at opnå den høje brudstyrke er såvel indre som ydre kordeler kompakterede. 16 ydre og 19 indre kordeler giver optimal balance i spænding og garanterer gode rotationsfrie egenskaber. Afhængig af diameter (40-120 mm) og krav til brudstyrke fremstilles den i 35x17/19 Seale / Warrington Seale, 35x26 Warrington eller 35x31 Warrington Seale. Begge wiretyper kompakterede og leverings mulighed i langslået gør COMPAC 35 til det foretrukne valg for flerlags opspoling. COMPAC 35 fåes som en ikke-kompakteret version under navnet : CLASSIC 35. For highest breaking load requirements, both inner and outer strands are strand compacted. 16 outer and 19 inner strands provide optimal balance of torque factors and grant excellent non-rotating properties. Depending on diameter (40-120 mm) and breaking load requirements, COMPAC 35 is manufactured as 35x17/19 Seale/Warrington Seale, 35x26 Warrington or 35x31 Warrington Seale. De ydre kordeler består hver af 5 tråde (plus en tråd i aluminium), som sikrer en høj slidstyrke. Valsning giver den et næsten cirkelformet tværsnit, der giver den gode køreegenskaber og god fordeling af tryk på tromle og wireskive. Ligeledes minimeres slid ved flerlags opspoling, samtidig med at valsningen giver den minimal elasticitet. Anvendelsesområder: PYTHON LIFT anbefales som hoved- eller hjælpewire til tårn-, bygge- og mobilkraner. PYTHON LIFT kan ikke anbefales benyttet på usporede tromler. With only 5 outer wires per strand (plus one aluminium wire), it provides excellent abrasion resistance. Swage compaction applies an almost circular cross section to the rope and contributes to high running smoothness and proper pressure distribution on sheave and drum. It also reduces rapid wire destruction in crossover areas on multi-layered drums. LIFT has very little to no constructional stretch. Fields of application: PYTHON LIFT is recommended as main and auxiliary hoist line for tower cranes, construction cranes and mobile (lattice boom) cranes.
