7 Montering 1-2 Løft ophængsbøjlen med kran som vist ved A og B. Når bøjlen er løftet fri af træpalle, hænger den i kranen, som vist ved C. a Vær forsigtig, - ingen personer må opholde sig under eller i umiddelbar nærhed af den løftede genstand. 3-4 Før ophængsbøjlen kan løftes på plads, skal hydraulikcylinder D og olierør E demonteres. 5 Ophængsbøjlen placeres som vist ved F. Model 4036: Anvend speciel konsol G, - se side 33. 6 Specielt for model 4028 C og 4032 C: Anvend de viste bolte og mellemlægsskiver ved boltesamlingen H. Mounting 1-2 Use the crane to lift the suspension tube as shown at A and B. Once the suspension tube is freed from the wooden pallet, it will hang in the crane as shown at C. a Be careful, - make sure that nobody stands under or near the machine when it is being lifted. 3-4 Before the suspension tube can be guided into place, the hydraulic cylinder D and oil tube E must be demounted. 5 Place the suspension tube as shown at F. Model 4036: Use a special bracket G - see page 33. 6 Especially regarding models 4028 C and 4032 C: Use the bolts and washers shown at the bolted joint H.

9 1-2 Løft båndsektionen A med kran som vist. Anvend langt krantov, så krankrogen er over ophængsbøjlen, når båndsektionen løftes på plads, vist ved B. a Vær forsigtig, - ingen personer må opholde sig under eller i umiddelbar nærhed af den løftede genstand. 3 Monter hydraulikblok H og olietank D. Monter hydraulikslanger E som vist. Slange F er trykslange fra oliepumpe, - se side 11. Elektrisk tilslutning G: Sort og grå stik placeres som vist. 1-2 Use the crane to lift the auto-swather section A as shown. Use a long crane wire so that the crane hook is above the suspension tube when the auto-swather section is lifted into place, shown at B. a Be careful - make sure that nobody stands under or near the lifted equipment. 3 Mount the hydraulic bloc H and the oil reservoir D. Connect the hydraulic hoses E as shown. Hose F is the pressure hose from oil pump - see page 11. Electric connection G: Place the black and grey plugs as shown.

11 1-3 Før pumpen A monteres på vinkelgear ved D, skal mangenot, indvendig i gearets akseltap, fyldes med molykote-fedt. Mangenot er vist på tegning 3, - også hulrummet E fyldes med molykote-fedt. 4 Monter pumpe og sugeslange H som vist. Slangen må ikke vrides ved tilspændingen, - sørg for at holde kontra på slangemuffen, når omløber spændes. 5-6 Øverst på pumpen monteres trykslangen F. Specielt for 4032 C: Anvend vinkelforskruning G som vist. 1-3 Before the pump A is mounted on the angle gear at D, the spline inside the shaft pin of the gear must be filled with molykote grease. The spline is shown on drawing 3 - also the cave E must be filled with molykote grease. 4 Mount the pump and suction hose H as shown. Do not twist the hose when tightening it - hold-on the hose socket when tightening the union. 5-6 Mount the pressure hose F on top of the pump. Especially regarding 4032 C: Use an angle union G as shown.

13 1 Styreboksen anbringes hensigtsmæssigt i traktorens førerkabine. Styreboksen og tilhørende kabler må ikke monteres i umiddelbar nærhed af antenner og antennekabler fra VHF radioer og andre samtaleanlæg. Det frie kabel skal tilsluttes traktorens strømforsyning 12 V. (+ = brun ledning og _ = blå). Styreboksen har indbygget 5 ampere sikring. kjh Brug aldrig prøvelampe for test af styreboks, herved brænder printbanerne i styreboksen af. 2-4 Før maskinen startes op: Hydrauliktank A skal påfyldes 23 liter olie BP Terrac STOU 10 W/30 eller tilsvarende. Udluft oliepumpen ved at løsne omløber B. Spænd omløber igen, når der kjh kommer olie ud. Advarsel: Oliepumpen må aldrig rotere uden olie i det hydrauliske system. I modsat fald ødelægges pumpen. 5 Monter beskyttelsesskærm C. 1 The control box must be suitably placed in the tractor cabin. The control box and its cables must not be placed nearby any aerials or aerial cables from VHF radios or other communication equipment. Connect the loose cable to the tractor's 12 V power supply (+ = brown wire and _ = blue). The control box has a built-in 5 ampere fuse. kjh Never use a test lamp for test of control box. This will damage the electronic printed circuit board. 2-4 Before the machine is started: The hydraulic tank A must be filled with 23 litres of oil BP Terrac STOU 10 W/30 kjh or equivalent. Bleed the oil pump by loosing the union nut B. Tighten the union nut again when oil comes out. Warning: The oil pump must never rotate without oil in the hydraulic system. Otherwise, the pump will be damaged. 5 Mount protection guard C.

15 Betjening - indstilling 1 Styreboksen betjenes på følgende måde: A = Regulering af båndhastighed. B = Hæve/sænke båndudstyr. Bemærk: Når båndet hæves, afbrydes båndets rotation automatisk, og modsat når båndet sænkes. Ligeledes er der, i det hydrauliske system, indbygget en automatik, der bremser sænkehastigheden, når båndet nærmer sig arbejdsstillingen. a Ingen personer må opholde sig i nærheden af båndudstyret, når dette hæves og sænkes. 2-3 Foto 2 og 3 viser model 4032 med båndudstyr: Først lægges et skår uden anvendelse af bånd, - ved høst af næste skår, anvendes båndet for sammenlægning af skår, - se foto. Ved at regulere båndhastigheden, kan skårets placering reguleres. Operation - adjustment 1 The control box is operated in the following way: A = Adjustment of belt speed. B = Raise/lower the auto-swather equipment. Note: When the belt is raised, the rotation of the belt is automatically stopped, and vice versa when the belt is lowered. Furthermore, the hydraulic system has a built-in automatic function slowing down the lowering speed when the belt is close to working position. a Be sure that nobody is close to the auto-swather equipment when it is being raised and lowered. 2-3 Photos 2 and 3 show model 4032 with auto-swather equipment: First a swath is mown without using the belt - when mowing the next swath, the belt is used for putting the swathes together - see photo. By adjusting the belt speed, the positioning of the swath can be changed.

17 Model 4028 C og 4032 C (maskiner med center-trækstang) 1-4 Anvendelse af båndudstyret udføres på samme måde, som vist side 14. Tegningen, side 16, viser anvendelse af center-trækstangen sammen med båndudstyret. Først høstes skår 1 uden anvendelse af bånd, og trækstangen skal være drejet mod højre. Herefter høstes skår 2 med bånd, og trækstangen er drejet mod venstre. Illustration 3 og 4 er gentagelser. Models 4028 C and 4032 C (machines with centre pivot drawbar) 1-4 The use of the auto-swather equipment is done in the same way as shown on page 14. The drawing on page 16 shows the use of the centre pivot drawbar together with the auto-swather equipment: Swath 1 is mown without using the belt and the drawbar is turned to the righthand side. Swath 2 is mown by using the belt and the drawbar is turned to the lefthand side. The procedure is repeated on illustrations 3 and 4.

The rotor speed must be min. 900 r.p.m. as shown at B and C. 3 The belt section can be sideways adjusted shown at D.

21 1 Maskinens bagklap indstilles som vist. I højre side A sænkes klappen og i venstre side B hæves klappen, således den buer skråt opad fra højre mod venstre. 2-3 Deflektorpladerne C og D. De viste indstillinger er retningsgivende for model 4032-4032 C. Afgrødetyper, fremkøringshastighd m.m. kan have indflydelse på indstillingerne. Model 4024-4028 - 4028 C og 4036: Indstil deflektorpladerne således, at materialeflowet op mod båndet bremses mindst muligt. Deflektorpladernes forlængerstykker E, stilles bagud, helt mod bagklappen, som vist ved F. Dog skal det iagttages, at den venstre deflektorplade ikke bremser materialet på transportbåndet, f.eks. ved høst af en kraftig afgrøde. 1 Adjust the rear flap of the machine as shown. Lower the flap in the righthand side A and raise the flap in the lefthand side B so that it points upwards from right to left. 2-3 Deflector plates C and D. The adjustments shown are normative for models 4032-4032 C. Crop types, forward speed etc. may influence the adjustments. Models 4024-4028 - 4028 C and 4036: Adjust the deflector plates so that the material flow towards the belt is slowed down as little as possible. Adjust the extensions E of the deflector plates backwards, quite to the rear flap as shown at F. Take care that the lefthand deflector plate does not stop the material on the belt when mowing for example a voluminous crop.

23 Vedligeholdelse 1-2 Valserne skal holdes rene. Opbygges der snavs på valserne, kan det iagttages udvendigt på transportbåndet. Skraberne A og B aktiveres i pilenes retning som vist. Transportbåndet skal rotere, og det skal være sænket til arbejdsstilling. Ved kørsel i fedtet forårsafgrøde skal valserne kontrolleres flere gange dagligt. a Vær agtpågivende når skraberne aktiveres. Traktorens motor må max. rotere med 1000 omdrejninger pr. minut, og båndet indstilles til fuldt omdrejningstal. Hav en arbejdsbeklædning, som er fri for løsthængende dele. 3-4 Stramning af transportbånd. Stramningen kan foretages fra båndsektionens udvendige side med bolten C. Bolten drejes i pilens retning, - klembolten D skal løsnes, medens stramningen udføres. Båndet er opstrammet korrekt, når medbringerne er 10-20 mm under kanten, mærket E, på båndrammens midte. Maintenance 1-2 Keep the rollers clean. If dirt accumulates on the rollers, it can be seen on the outside of the belt. Activate the scrapers A and B in the direction of the arrow as shown. The belt must rotate and it must be lowered to working position. When working in a slippery spring crop, the rollers must be checked several times a day. a Be careful when activating the scrapers. Max. tractor motor speed is 1000 r.p.m. The belt is set at full number of revolutions. Be wearing working clothes with no loose parts. 3-4 Tightening of conveyor belt. The tightening can be done from the outside of the belt section by means of the bolt C. Turn the bolt in the direction of the arrow - loosen the screw D while tightening. When the carriers are 10-20 mm below the edge E on the middle of the belt frame, the belt has been tightened correctly.

25 1 Reparation eller montering af nyt transportbånd. Der kan leveres et reparationssæt til transportbåndet incl. samleskinner, - se reservedelsliste. Gummikanterne skal overlappe samleskinner med ca. 5 mm som vist. Ved montering af nyt transportbånd eller ved afkortning af gammelt bånd, skal overskydende gummikanter bortskæres i begge sider, som vist ved A. 2 Justering af transportbånd. Løber transportbåndet "skævt", kontrolleres altid først, at der ikke er snavs på rullernes løbebaner. En eventuel opretning af transportbåndet, kan udføres ved bolten B. Eksempel: Løber båndet mod kanten C, skrues bolten mod højre, vist ved E. a Justeringen må ikke udføres, medens transportbåndet roterer. Juster lidt af gangen og prøvekør mellem hver justering. 1 Repair or mounting of new conveyor belt. A repair kit for the conveyor belt incl. assembly rails is available - see spare parts list. The rubber edges must overlap the assembly rails by approx. 5 mm as shown. When mounting a new conveyor belt or by shortening an old belt, the surplus rubber edges must be cut away in both sides as shown at A. 2 Adjustment of conveyor belt. If the conveyor belt does not run straight, it must always be checked first whether the roller path of the rollers is clean. Alignment of the conveyor belt can be done at the bolt B. Example: If the belt runs towards the edge C, the bolt is turned to the right as shown at E. a DO NOT adjust the conveyor belt while rotating. Do not adjust too much at once and test every adjustment.

27 Smøring 1 Ophængets drejeled og lejer ved hydraulikcylinder, ialt 6 nipler, smøres 1 gang ugentlig (hver 40. time). 2-3 Båndrullernes lejer, ialt 4 nipler, smøres 1 gang ugentlig (hver 40. time). Lubrication 1 Lubricate the pivot joint and bearings of the suspension at the hydraulic cylinder, in total 6 nipples, once a week (every 40 hours). 2-3 Lubricate the bearings of the belt rollers, in total 4 nipples, once a week (every 40 hours).

29 1-2 Hydraulikanlæg a Grundet overtryk i det hydrauliske system, må filterdækslet F aldrig skrues af, umiddelbart efter at maskinen er standset. Vent ca. 5 minutter. Undgå at berøre varm hydraulikolie, - drifttemperatur er 70-80 O C. Vær agtpågivende når der arbejdes med hydraulik. Brug øjenbeskyttelse og handsker. Udstrømmende hydraulikolie under tryk kan trænge ind i huden og forårsage koldbrand. Søg læge, hvis De har været udsat for uheld. Kontroller oliestanden for hver 80 driftstimer. Oliefilteret A skal fjernes for at udføre oliekontrollen. Oliniveau Olietype Olieskift Oliefilter : 140 mm under påfyldningsstudsen, - se ill. 2. Er olien driftvarm vil oliestanden være lidt højere, ca. 120 mm. : BP Terrac STOU 10 W/30 eller tilsvarende. : 1 gang/sæson anbefales. Oliemængde ved olieskift er ca. 21 liter. : Filteret A skiftes efter ca. 50 driftstimer og herefter mindst én gang/sæson. 3-4 Oliepumpe - oliemotor Mindst én gang/sæson, demonteres oliepumpe B og oliemotor C, fra maskinen. Mangenotforbindelser renses og fyldes op med nyt molykote-fedt. Oliepumpens mangenot er vist side 10. 1-2 Hydraulic system a Due to overpressure in the hydraulic system the filter cover F must never be screwed off immediately after the machine has been stopped. Wait for approx. 5 minutes. Avoid to touch the warm hydraulic oil - the operation temperature is 70-80 O C. Be very careful when dealing with hydraulics. Use eye protection and gloves. Escaping hydraulic oil under pressure might penetrate into the skin and cause serious infection. See a doctor if you have been exposed to injury. Check the oil level after every 80 hours of operation: Remove the oil filter A to check the oil level. Oil level Type of oil Oil change Oil filter : 140 mm below filler opening - see ill. 2. If the oil is operating warm, the oil level will be a bit higher, approx. 120 mm. : BP Terrac STOU 10 W/30 or equivalent. : Once every season is recommended. Oil quantity to be changed is approx. 21 litres. : Replace the filter A after approximately 50 hours of operation and then at least once a season. 3-4 Oil pump - oil motor Demount the oil pump B and oil motor C from the machine at least once a season. Clean the spline connections and fill them up with molykote grease. The spline of the oil pump is shown on page 10.
