7 Accurate Manufacture status Vores projekt mellem Metrologic, DTU og Lego har nu været i gang i næsten to år Der er udført en række forsøg med fastlæggelse af udvidelseskoefficienter og svindforhold hos LEGO Udvidelseskoefficienterne ser ud til at være under indflydelse af støbeparametre Samarbejde med Marposs om fiksturer Vi vil fortrinsvis benytte Marposs interfaces sammen med Procella Vi har besluttet at anvende taster fra Pretec Marposs Heidenhain Vi har testet funktionaliteten i Procella vi har bedt Q-DAS om at løse problemet med indtastning af tidspunkter Mätprocessens kapabilitet

16 Hexagon/Q-DAS Hexagon has agreed to deliver their qs-stat converter free with all new machines that have PC-DMIS installed. Existing versions of PC-DMIS delivered or updated after 2010 can gain free converter installed. A custom preinstalled version O-QIS, qs-stat and Solara version (ready-to-use) with each supplied PC-DMIS program from Germany and after a test period also in Sweden.

49 QCC In qs-stat you may show the individuals of each subgroup in the Analysis QCC and SPC QCC or you can provide an empty QCC for manual operation. QCC: You may show a legend in the "middle info". Mätprocessens kapabilitet

50 Camera You can activate a camera function in procella. Select "Configuration Additional settings - Configuration of image storage" to adjust and test the camera settings. Define the additional data field and path for camera images in the document allocation settings. You can integrate graphic element into any summary/input mask. This element always shows the image. The graphic also "releases the shutter" and takes a picture that will be stored in the respective additional data field of the next measured value. Mätprocessens kapabilitet

64 Update problems The present auto update of the three databases cannot function. It shall be done with the dbupdateprogram. After a transfer of text database it cannot be updated at the moment. You have to delete the content of the database and upload again. Mätprocessens kapabilitet

65 Use GUID" By activating the option "Use GUID" an additional distinguishing number of parts, characteristics and measurement values (both on the database as well as file-level) for identification will be save If several local databases shall be synchronize with a central database, this option should be set for all active databases.
