ThisreportcomparescountyperformancetothethresholdsestablishedforthePerformanceManagementsystem.ThePerformanceManagement system definesathresholdastheminimum levelofacceptableperformance,belowwhichcountieswilneedtocompleteaperformance ImprovementPlan(PIP)asdefinedinstatute.Forcountiesbelowthethreshold,anoficialPIPnotification withinstructionsforaccessingpipforms, PIPcompletiondirections,andavailabletechnicalassistance wilbesentinadditiontothisreport. CountieswithSmalDenominators ChildSafetyandPermanency-Whenacountyhasadenominatorlessthan20,thePerformanceManagementteam willookatoveral performanceacrossthethreechildsafetyandpermanencymeasurestodetermineifapipisneeded.inthisinstance,acountywilnotbesubject toapipifthethresholdhasbeenmetontwoofthethreemeasures.
