Thegrade-levelbenchmarkscoresforPSAT-related assessmentsarebasedonexpectedstudentgrowthtoward thesatbenchmarksateachgrade.whilesatbenchmarks indicatelikelihoodofsuccessincolege,grade-level benchmarksindicatewhetherastudentisontrackforcolege andcareerreadinessfortheirgrade.thebenchmarksareset toreflecttypicalannualgrowthfrom yeartoyearfrom 8th through12thgrades.
