Det tages ikke højde for udsparing til evt. overligger! For montage af udvendig skærm se bagerst i vejledningen. The recess measurements are made in accordance with below table. Pull the power cables to the recess. The dimensions of the cables are not included in the recess dimensions. A possible crossbar is not taken into account in the recess! For mounting of outdoor screen, see the end of the instruction. Drypnæse monteres med klæb. Step 2 Mounting of the drip edge Mount the drip edge in the bottom of the recess. Mount the drip edge with adhesive. 2
DK Trin 3 Montering af isolationsboks Isolationsboksen afkortes i korrekt dybde iht. væggens dybde. Dybden af isolationsboksen skæres 3-5mm kortere end væggens dybde, således, at montagerammen kan monteres i niveau med væggen. Der bores hul i isolationsboksen svarende til kablernes diameter. Strømkabel og FutureVent-bus (FV-Bus) trækkes nu gennem isolationsboksen. Isolationsboksen monteres med et minimum fald på 5% ud mod facade. Trin 4 Montering af Isolationsboksen skubbes 50 mm igennem udsparing for montage af udvendig skærm. Step 3 Mounting of the insolation box Shorten the depth of the insolation box according to the wall depth. Shorten the depth of the insolation box 3-5mm shorter than the wall depth, such that the mounting frame can be mounted flush with the wall. Drill holes in the insolation box corresponding to the diameter of the cables. Pull power cable and FutureVent bus (FV-Bus) through the insolation box. Mount the insolation box with a minimum drop of 5% towards the facade. Step 4 Mounting of the Push the insolation box 50mm through the recess to mount the outdoor screen. Trin 5 Montering af Skærmen skubbes ind over udfræsningen på isolationsboksen. Step 5 Mounting of the Push the screen over the milling of insolation box. Trin 6 Montering af Skærm monteres med spånskrue, 2 stk. 4,0x10 mm. Step 6 Mounting of the Mount the screen with 2 chip screws 4.0x10 mm. Trin 7 Montering af Isolationsboksen skubbes herefter på plads. Der afsluttes udvendigt med elastiskfuge eller fugebånd. Step 7 Mounting of the Push the insolation box in place. Finish the ouside with elastic sealant or sealing tape. 3
DK Trin 8 Montering af Isolationsboksen monteres med 2 stk. skruer i udsparingen. Step 8 Mounting of the Mount the insolation box with 2 screws in the recess. Trin 9 Montering af styring Ledningslængden afkortes til 17 cm. Elkabel tilsluttes styringen iht. vejledningen for styringen FutureVent install_wfc_wfi_uk_de_dk_xx xx. Step 9 Mounting of control unit Shorten the cable lenght to 17 cm. Connect power cable to the control unit according to installation instruction for the control unit FutureVent install_wfc_wfi_uk_de_dk_xx xx. Trin 10 Montering af styring fortsat Styringen fastgøres herefter i isolationsboksen med 2 stk. M3 maskinskruer. Step 10 Mounting of control unit continued Mount the control unit in the insolation box with 2 pcs. M3 capscrews. Trin 11 Montering af regeneratorer Regeneratorer skubbes ind i isolationsboksen. Step 11 Mounting of regenerators Push the regenerators into the insolation box. 4
Trin 12 Montering af regeneratorer fortsat Regeneratorer er nu korrekt monteret. Step 12 Mounting of regenerators continued The regenerators are now mounted correctly. Trin 13 Montering af ventilatorer Ventilatoren drejes ind i isolationsboksen og tilsluttes herefter til styringen via fladkablet. Step 13 Mounting of fans Turn the fan into the insolation box, and conntect to the control unit with the ribbon cable. Trin 14 Montering af ventilatorer fortsat Ventilatorindsatsen er nu korrekt monteret. Step 14 Mounting of fans continued The fan insert is now mounted correctly. Trin 15 Montering af indvendig rist Montagerammen holdes op og placeres i den ønskede position på isolationsboksen. Der bores for med Ø 3 mm bor. Herefter skrues gevindbøsningerne i isolationsboksen. Montagerammen monteres med de medfølgende skruer. Trin 16 Montering af indvendig rist fortsat Risten monteres med de medfølgende skruer. VIGTIG! Risten monteres således at lufen blæses op mod loftet. Risten har invendige lameller der er vinklet 15 grader, disse skal vende opad. Step 15 Mouting of the indoor grill Hold the mounting frame up in front of insolation box in the desired position. Predrill with a Ø 3 mm drill. Screw in threaded bushings into the insolation box. Mount the mounting frame with the delivered screws. Step 16 Mouting of indoor grill continued Mount the grill with the included screws. IMPORTANT! Mount the grill so the air is blown up towards the ceiling. On the inside the grill has louvres, which are angeled 15 degrees, these should be facing upwards. Trin 17 Klar til brug FutureVent er nu monteret og klar til ibrugtagning. Step 17 Ready for use FutureVent is now mounted and ready for use. 5
