Brugermanual Daglig brug Inden ibrugtagning af dette produkt, vær opmærksom på, at hovedstrømmen er tilsluttet som beskrevet under elektriske forbindelser. Vær opmærksom på, at madrassen ligger stabilt på pladen, og at det skridsikre underlag ligger mellem liggefladen og madrassen. 4
Brugermanual Brug af puslebordet Højden på Mobilio kan justeres mellem 65-100cm og udføres ved at trykke på op ned knapperne på håndbetjeningen. Håndbetjeningen har en spiralledning med en total længde på ca. 200 cm. Vi anbefaler at Mobilio parkeres i laveste position efter brug. OBS: Vær opmærksom på klemningsfare når Mobilio indstilles opad eller nedad. Ligeledes skal man være opmærksom på klemningsfare hvis andre produkter eller tilsvarende ting er placeret i umiddelbar nærhed af bordet. Når den nedfældbar sengehest er oppe og i brug, vil højden af Mobilio blive øget med 21 cm. Husk altid at fjerne 230V kabel inden du flytter rundt med Mobilio, ellers kan du risikere at ødelægge det elektriske system eller Mobilio puslebordet Hvis håndbetjeningen er beskadiget eller ikke virker, skal den udskiftes øjeblikkeligt. Betjeningsknapperne er tryk og hold. Højdeindstillings bevægelsen stopper så snart trykket på knappen fjernes. Dette er en vigtig sikkerhedsfaktor 5
Anbefalinger ved brug Anbefalinger I brug af det højdeindstillelige puslebord Dette højdeindstillelige puslebord giver plejepersonalet muligheden for at indstille arbejdshøjden til det mest optimale og dermed sikre en ergonomisk og god arbejdsstilling. Højdejusteringen tillader individuel arbejdshøjde til hver enkelt medarbejder, og kan også reducere unødvendige løft. Højdeindstilling af puslebordet udføres ved at trykke på op ned knapperne på håndbetjeningen. Håndbetjeningen har en spiralledning med en udstrakt længde på ca. 200cm. For at sikre optimal udnyttelse af puslebordets funktioner og for at forhindre ulykker, er det vigtigt at forholde sig til disse grundlæggende sikkerheds procedurer Efterlad ALDRIG en person på puslebordet uden observation ikke engang blot for en kort periode. Puslebordet må kun betjenes af voksne. Vær specielt opmærksom på øvrige personer som måtte være I rummet under brug. Vær opmærksom på at ingen børn eller andre befinder sig under puslepladen når puslebordet indstilles I højden. Hold altid håndbetjeningen uden for børns rækkevidde. Vær opmærksom på, at de ikke utilsigtet kan komme til at betjene puslebordet. Der medfølger et beslag til ophæng af håndbetjeningen. Vær sikker på, at der er fri plads over og under puslebordet for at tillade fri højdeindstilling og undgå klemningsfare. Ligeledes vær opmærksom på klemningsfare hvis andre produkter eller tilsvarende ting er placeret i umiddelbar nærhed af puslebordet. Hvis håndbetjeningen er beskadiget eller ikke virker, skal den udskiftes øjeblikkeligt. Betjeningsknapperne er tryk og hold, højdeindstillings bevægelsen stopper så snart trykket på knappen fjernes. Dette er en vigtig sikkerhedsfaktor Vær opmærksom på klemrisici under opslåen af sengehest Under brug anbefales det at låse alle fire hjul 6
Monteringsvejledning Ledningsdiagram Puslebordet leveres med kontrolboks og kabler fuldt monteret på rammen. Diagram herunder viser blot hvordan kablerne er forbundet. Når puslebordet modtages tilsluttes netkablet (pos. 2) til 220/230V og bordet er klar til brug. Alle stikforbindelser er vandtætte, hvorfor de kan være lidt tricky at montere / afmontere. Vær opmærksom på at alle stik vender korrekt, inden de stikkes ind i kontrolboksen. Stikkene skal trykkes ind, indtil den sorte O-ring ikke mere er synlig. Motor, kontrolboks og håndbetjening har en tæthedsgrad på IP66. Dette betyder at de er støv og vandtætte. Elektriske komponenter Forbindelser Motor kabler forbindes til indgang 1 & 3. Indgang 2 & 4 benyttes ikke, og er derfor blændet. Håndbetjening tilsluttes indgang HB. Når alle kabler er monteret, benyt sikkerheds låse beslaget. Skubbes ind over stikkene indtil der høres et klik. Sikkerhedsbeslag Afmontering af elektronikken 230V kablet kan trækkes direkte ud af styringen (ingen sikkerheds låse beslag). Inden de resterende kabler kan afmonteres fra kontrolboksen, skal sikkerheds låse beslaget fjernes. Låse klips i begge ender af låse beslaget skal udløses inden låse beslaget kan trækkes ud. Herefter kan kablerne afmonteres For at opretholde tæthedsgrad IP66, er det meget vigtigt at alle ledningstilkoblinger er udført korrekt, og at låsebeslaget er korrekt monteret. 8
Mærkning Label Hvert Mobilio har sin egen label som vist. Denne label indeholder vigtig information, som skal opgives ved henvendelse til leverandøren. Den indeholder også info over hvilken strømforsyning der skal tilsluttes. 150kg Symbol oversigt: Brugermanual skal læses inden montering og ibrugtagning Affald skal sorteres. Det meste til genbrug. Motor er forbundet til kontrolboksen. Håndbetjening er forbundet til kontrolboksen Motorerne er overbelastede Undersøg om: Puslebordet virker med en anden betjening Foretag en Reset Tryk og hold samtidigt på både op og ned knappen, fasthold dette tryk indtil kontrolboksen har bippet ca. 10 gange. Tryk herefter på ned knappen Affaldshåndtering Det brugte udstyr skal bortskaffes ifølge den nationale lov. Vi anbefaler at adskille produktet så meget som muligt, således at så meget som muligt kan genbruges. Vær opmærksom på, at dette produkt indeholder elektriske komponenter. Vedligeholdelse Vedligeholdelse Puslebordet er vedligeholdelses frit. Af sikkerhedsmæssige hensyn anbefaler vi dog jævnligt at undersøge alle boltforbindelser og bevægelige dele for at sikre at ingen dele er løse. Det er også vigtigt jævnligt at undersøge alle kabler for defekter, og at de frit kan bevæge sig i forhold til højdeindstillingen. 11
Rengøring Rengøring Metal- og plastkomponenter: Alle metal- og plastkomponenter kan rengøres og desinficeres med varmt vand, som har en temperatur på > 85 C i mindst 3 minutter. Produktet som helhed må IKKE maskinvaskes. Hvor det ikke er muligt, at rengør med varmt vand (> 85 C), kan produktet rengøres/desinficeres med Desinfiktionssprit (etanol eller isopropanol). Metalkomponenter må IKKE rengøres med rengøringsmidler, som indeholder klorforbindelser, da disse kan forårsage korrosion på metallet. Polycarbonat-plader: Polycarbonatplader (gennemsigtige plader) på sengeheste må KUN rengøres med Desinfiktionssprit, da andre rengøringsmidler kan gøre pladen mat. Madrasser: Madrassen kan vaskes i maskinvask (> 85 C). Dog anbefaler Ropox, at man tager betrækket af madrassen, og vasker madras og betræk hver for sig. Elektriske komponenter: Alle elektriske komponenter rengøres/desinficeres med Desinfiktionsprit (etanol eller isopropanol). Aldehyder:Generelt anbefaler Ropox, at man ikke anvender rengøringsmidler, som indeholder Aldehyder, da disse kan være allergi- og kræftfremkaldende 12

It is ideal for use in private homes as well as day-care or similar centres to provide correct and optimum working conditions for the staff. User manual Daily use Before using this product, make sure that the mains voltage has been connected as described under electrical connections. Also, make sure that the mattress is lying stably on the tabletop surface and that the non-slip matting is placed between the tabletop and the mattress. 22
User manual Instructions for use of the nursing table The height of Mobilio may be adjusted between 65 and100cm by pressing the UP and DOWN buttons of the handheld control switch. The control switch has a spiral cord with a total length of approx. 200 cm. We recommend parking Mobilio in the bottom position after use. Note: There is a crushing hazard during height adjustment of Mobilio. This may also be the case if other products have been mounted in the immediate vicinity of the nursing table. When the bed guard has been folded up, the height of Mobilio will be increased by 21 cm. Never forget to remove the 230V cable before relocating nursing table as otherwise the electrical system or the nursing table may be damaged. If the handheld control switch has been damaged or does not work, it must be replaced immediately. The buttons of the control switch are of the press and keep pressed type. The movement of the nursing table stops as soon as you let go of the button. This is an important safety factor 23
Recommendations for use Recommendations for use of the height-adjustable nursing table This height-adjustable nursing table enables the care personnel to adjust the working height, thus ensuring an ergonomically correct working posture. The height may be adjusted to suit each individual person. This also contributes to reducing heavy lifting. The height of the nursing table is adjusted by pressing the UP and DOWN buttons of the handheld control switch, which has a spiral cord with an extended length of approx. 200 cm. To ensure optimum utilisation of the functions of the nursing table and to prevent accidents, the following basic safety procedures must be observed: NEVER leave a person unattended on the nursing table not even for a short period. The nursing table should only be operated by adults. Pay special attention to other persons in the room during use. Make sure that there are no children under the table during height adjustment. Always keep the control switch out of reach of children and make sure that they do not operate the nursing table unintentionally. A suspension fitting for the control switch is provided. See that there is free space above and below the nursing table to allow height adjustment and to avoid crushing hazard. Also, consider the risk of getting jammed if other products have been mounted in the immediate vicinity of the nursing table. If the control switch is damaged or does not work, it must be replaced immediately. The buttons are of the press and keep pressed type and the movement of the table stops as soon as you let go of the button. This is an important safety factor. Be aware of the crushing hazard when the bed guard is folded up. It is recommended to lock all four casters during use. 24
Mounting instructions Wiring diagram The nursing table is delivered with the control unit and cables mounted on the frame. The diagram below only shows how to connect the cables. On receipt of the nursing table connect the mains cable (item 2) to 220/230V and the nursing table is ready for use. All plug-in connections are waterproof and mounting/dismounting may therefore be a little difficult. Make sure that all plugs have the correct position before inserting them into the control unit. The plugs must be pressed home until the black O-ring is no longer visible. Motor, control unit and handheld control switch have protection IP66. This means that they are dust and waterproof. The electrical system is designed for periodical use, i.e. a duty cycle of 10%; 2 min. ON /18 min. OFF. 6. Control unit 7. 230V cable 8. Motor, to be connected to ports 1 & 3 9. Electrical components Safety lock fitting Connections Connect motor cables to ports 1 & 3. Ports 2 & 4 are not used and have therefore been provided with a blind plug. Connect handheld control switch to HB. When all cables have been mounted, use the safety lock fitting. Push it over the plugs until you hear a click. Dismounting Just pull out the 230V cable (no safety lock fitting). Before dismounting the other cables from the control unit, remove the safety lock fitting. Locking clips at either end of the fitting must be released before pulling out the lock fitting. Now the cables may be dismounted. In order to maintain protection IP66 it is very important that all cable connections and the lock fitting have been mounted correctly. 26
Marking Label Each Mobilio nursing table has a label of its own as illustrated. This label contains important information to be stated in connection with inquiries to the supplier. Fault finding Fault finding The nursing table does not move upwards or downwards when pressing the handheld control switch Handheld control switch defective The nursing table is not level / horizontal Check if - 230V has been connected and current is available, - the motor has been connected to the control unit, - the handheld control switch has been connected to the control unit, - the motors are overloaded Check if - the nursing table works with another control switch Reset the table Press and hold the UP and DOWN buttons simultaneously until the controls unit has beeped approx. ten times. Then press the DOWN button Waste handling Used equipment must be disposed of according to national law. We recommend dismantling of the product to the greatest possible extent so that most parts may be recycled. Note that this product contains electrical components. Maintenance Maintenance The nursing table is maintenance-free. However, for safety reasons we recommend regular inspection of all bolts and moving parts to ensure that there are no loose components. Also, inspect all cables at regular intervals to make sure that they are not defective and that they move freely during height-adjustment. 29
Cleaning Cleaning Metal and plastic components: All metal and plastic components may be cleaned and disinfected for at least three minutes with hot water of > 85 C. The product is NOT machine-washable. When the product cannot be cleaned with hot water (> 85 C), it may be cleaned/disinfected with denatured alcohol (ethanol or isopropanol). Do NOT clean metal components with detergents containing chlorine, as this may corrode the metal. Polycarbonate plates: The polycarbonate plates (transparent plates) of the bed guards must be cleaned with denatured alcohol, as other detergents may mat the plate. Mattresses: The mattress is machine-washable (> 85 C). However, Ropox recommends removing the cover of the mattress and washing the mattress and cover separately. Electrical components: Clean/disinfect all electrical components with denatured alcohol (ethanol or isopropanol). Aldehydes: Generally, Ropox does not recommend the use of detergents containing aldehydes as they may be allergy causing and carcinogenic. 30

Accessories Daily use bed guard When the bed guard is positioned under the tabletop, it is locked by means of a spring handle. Pull the handle to loosen the bed guard and fold it up. The same handle locks the bed guard during use. Bed guard under the tabletop 32
