1. Brugervejledning 1.1 Sikkerhedsregler for stationære værktøjsmaskiner. Følg disse regler for at få det bedste resultat og den bedste udnyttelse af Deres nye maskine. Den gode håndværker skal respektere det værktøj, som han arbejder med. Han ved de repræsenterer et løbende forbedret design. Han ved også, at det er farligt med forkert anvendelse af maskinen. Dette er temaet i et nyt sikkerhedsprogram om brugen af værktøjsmaskiner. Sikkerhedsreglerne er baseret på godkendt praksis i industrien og på værkstedet. 2. Hold beskyttelsesskærme på plads og i ordentlig stand. 3. Der skal være jordforbindelse til alle værktøjsmaskiner, der er udstyret med kraftstik. Hvis man bruger adapter til at tilpasse et 2- benet stik, skal adapteren altid tilsluttes til en jordforbindelse. Fjern aldrig det 3. ben. 1. Kend dit værktøj. Læs brugsanvisningen grundigt. Lær at kende anvendelse og begrænsninger lige som de specifikke potentielle farer ved dette værktøj. 4. Fjern tilpasningsnøgler og skruenøgler. Gør det til en vane at tjekke at disse er fjernet før maskinen tilsluttes. 5. Hold arbejdsbordet rent. Rod kan føre til uheld. 6. Undgå farligt arbejdsmiljø. Anvend ikke værktøjsmaskiner i fugtige eller våde lokaler og udsæt dem ikke for regn. Sørg for god arbejdsbelysning. 7. Hold børn væk. Alle besøgende bør holde sig i god afstand fra arbejdsområdet. 8. Gør værkstedet børnesikkert ved at bruge stempellås, hovedafbryder eller ved at fjerne startnøgler.
9. Overbelast ikke maskinen. Den kan udføre jobbet bedre og sikrere ved at anvende den til det, den er designet til. 10. Brug det rigtige værktøj. Pres ikke værktøj eller aggregatet til at udføre et job, som det ikke er designet til. 11. Vær iført korrekt påklædning. Bær ikke løst tøj, handsker, slips, ringe, halskæder eller andre smykker, som kan fanges i de bevægelige dele. Skridsikkert fodtøj anbefales. Bær hovedbeskyttelse. 12. Anvend altid øjenværn og evt. høreværn. Anvend også ansigts- eller støvmaske ved en støvet arbejdsopgave. Hverdags briller har kun virkning som glas. Det er IKKE et øjenværn 13. Arbejd sikkert. Anvend skruetvinge eller skruestik for at holde på materialet. Dette er sikrere end at bruge egne hænder og man kan betjene værktøjet med begge hænder. 14. Kend din rækkevidde. Hav et godt fodfæste og en god balnce hele tiden. 15. Vedligehold værktøjet omhyggeligt. Den bedste og sikreste udførsel opnås ved at holde værktøjet skarpt og rent. Følg instruktionerne ved smøring og udskiftning af reservedele 16. Formindsk risiko for uønsket start af maskinen. Vær sikker på at afbryderen er slukket før strømtilslutning. 17. Afbryd strømmen til værktøjet før service og når man vil skifte reservedele f.eks. slibeskive, polerskive, knive, klinger, fræsere og lignende. 18. Brug anbefalede reservedele. Se efter anbefalede reservedele i manualen. Ved at anvende ukurante reservedele kan mennesker komme til skade.

3. Unpacking Fig. 2 Carefully unpack the sander and check all items. Figure 2 illustrates the contents of the carton. Assembly Fig. 5 Assembly of stand and body Put the body on the stand remember to have the four holes on the lid at the proper position to connect Flg. with 5 the four threaded holes on the body. Take out bolts and washers (G)from the hardware package to tighten the stand and the body as Fig. 5. Fig. 4 2. After you finish with Fig. 3. continue to Fig. 4. and put the Iid(F)on the stand and tighten all the screws. Fig. 3 Assembly of leg stand 1. When you start assembling the leg stand, assemble the two stand plate (D)and the two brackets(e)together in the way as shown in Fig. 3. screws and nuts can be founded in your hardware package. Please do not tighten the screws first, have them tighten after you completed the assembly.
Assembly of backstop Mount the backstop on the body as shown in Fiq.6.and remember to tighten the screw. This backstop can keep you safer when grinding. + Assembly of work table Loosen the set screw as in Fig. 7. insert the table' s rod in the hole but remember to have the flat surface of the shaft facing the set screw. Tighten the set screw beware that you should have a space of 1/16" (l3mm)left in between the table and the sanding disc. Sandlng dlsc paper and V-belt replacement 1.Loosen the knob and open the disc cover as shown in Fig. 10. Sandlng belt replacement Repeat the same procedure as in Fig.8. Loosen the belt and take the old belt out. After replaced a new belt; make sure that.the belt has its proper tension. Refer to Fig. 9. Horlzontal and tenslon adjustment of sandlng bolt If you find that the sanding belt is too tigltt,too loose or even not alig~ properly at the central, use the allen wrench to adjust the adjust.knob to the proper tension you require Refer to Fig. 8.
2. Tear off the old sanding paper, clean off the glue remain on the disc and put on the new sanding paper as Fig.11. Sanding belt adjustment Loosen the two nuts as shown in Fig. 14. (as shown in the figure you can see only one nut, another one is down below at the bottom of the disc cover. follow the arrow instruction). After you loosen the nuts, you can pull up the belt in vertical position and tighten the nuts before carry on your work. 3.Use the allen wrench as shown in Fig.l2, insert the wrench in the rectangular window opened at the bottom of the disc cover. Loosen the set screw inside and take off the sanding disc. When you are going to put the disc back, remember that the set screw must mount on the flatness side of the shaft and tighten. Exchanging of table position When the belt is in vertical position, you can move the table to the front of the belt. First of all, loosen the screw and move to the position as in Fig. 15. Tighten the set screw but take notice on the 3mm space left in between the belt and the table. Adjustment of table from 0-45 Loosen the knob and adjust the table till it reach the scale you demand (varies from0-45 ) and tighten.
5. Operation Horizontal grinding Put your work piece on the belt and assist with the back stop to back up the work piece. When start operation. beware the safety of your hands. Do not push too hard, on the work piece for the belt works better without enforcement of overdoing the job. Fig. 16. Disc horizontal grinding Put the work piece on the work table as shown in Fig. 19. And start your abrasive work straightly. This is suitable for small area abrasive. Curve grinding Use the very end of the belt to help your curve grinding as shown in Fig. 17. Bevel grinding from 0-45 of work table Your work table can do bevel grinding from 0-45 as shown in Fig. 20. After adjustment beware to tighten the set screw in order not to affect your security and precised grinding. Vertical grinding When the belt is in vertical position, use the backstop to hold the work piece or you can use exchanged work table position as as shown in Fig. 15 to aid your grinding. Refer to Fig. 18. Swivel grinding of 0-60 from left to right Use the miter gauge to work with the table and you can obtain angle grinding from 0-60 as in Fig. 21. Beware to have the knob tighten after angle adjustment of the miter gauge.
