Crime Profiler version 2.0 er en applikation til MapInfo Professional Crime Profiler giver brugeren mulighed for at processerer og vise data på måder, som ellers ville kræver flere software-programmer og mere komplekse rutiner Crime Profiler kan oprette geografiske modeller over kriminalitets- eller anden lignende data, det være rå punkter, polygoner eller hotspot kortlægninger Crime Profiler indeholder specifikke værktøjer til import af og manipulering med data via en række sofistikerede og dog brugervenlige modellerings teknikker for at oprette hotspot kort, grafer mm. Date/Time Query Incident query of burglary can be used to further interrogate the data to analyse the temporal patterns which may occur. The burglaries can be grouped by month and further subset to only show a particular time frame.
Date/Time Query The resulting temporal queries present the user with clear trends for burglaries by month in year 2003, for the same spatial region/town/shire.
