Rejsen fortsatte i Danmark til Restaurant Kong Hans K lder i K benhavn med en 10 Õr lang ans ttelse som sommelier og restaurantchef. Ambitionen om at blive en af de bedste inden for faget blev fulgt op af deltagelse i konkurrencer og videreuddannelse i Norge med efterf lgende ans ttelse som underviser põ Vinakademiet i K benhavn og Silkeborg. I dag er Thilde Maarbjerg ansat som chefsommelier hos L gismose Vin. Hun finder og udv lger i samarbejde med Christian Gr nlykke vinene til deres sortiment. L gismose Vin har importeret dom neaftappede kvalitetsvine siden 1972. The journey continued in Denmark at Restaurant Kong Hans K lder in Copenhagen with a passion as sommelier and restaurant manager. The ambition to become one of the best lead to participation in sommelier competitions, educations in Norway and employment as teacher at the Danish sommelier education Vinakademiet in Copenhagen and Silkeborg. Thilde Maarbjerg is today employed as chief sommelier in L gismose Vin and works closely with Christian Gr nlykke finding new wines and products.
