FØDEVARE EGNEDE PLASTPOSER, SAMT EMBALLAGE FOLIER. N.H. Emballage A/S fremstiller plastposer samt emballagefolier til emballering af fødevarer. Den primære produktion af plastposer bestemt til direkte kontakt med fødevarer består af følgende: Spidsposer til konfekture, som fremstilles i henholdsvis Polyethylene, ( LD-PE ) samt Polypropylene ( CPP ) Engangs sprøjteposer, som fremstilles udelukkende i Polyethylene ( LD-PE ) Pakkefilm fremstilles udelukkende i monofolier, bestående af : LD-PE. CPP, samt Orienteret Polypropylene ( BOPP ). Dokumentation for fødevaregodkendelse af ovennævnte produkter foreligger fra vore leverandører. Trykfarverne som anvendes i virksomheden indkøbes fra Flint Group, og er godkendt til indirekte kontakt med fødevarer. Indirekte kontakt betyder at tryksiden skal være udvendig på emballagen. Råvarerne til produktionen indkøbes i form af færdig extruderede folier. Alle folier som indkøbes hos N.H. Emballage er dokumenteret fødevare egnede, i henhold til FDA ( USA ) og EEC ( EU ), folierne overholder ligeledes specifikationerne i bekendtgørelse nr. 1102 af 9/11 2006, der er den danske bekendtgørelse for de europæiske direktiver såsom Commision Directive 2002/72/EC, 2004/1/EC, 2004/19/EC og 2005/79/EC, 1935/2004, og 2007/19EC, og bekendtgørelse nr. 167 af 3. marts 2009. Specifikationer for anvendelse af produkterne. Produkter fremstillet af LD-PE, samt CPP er egnede til tørre, vandholdige, samt fede fødevarer, og kan anvendes til opbevaring ved køl, frys, samt stuetemperatur. Produkterne må ikke anvendes i ovn eller microovn. De af N.H. Emballage fremstillede produkter lever op til reglerne i forordning 2023/2006 om god fremstillings praksis ( GMP ) Mærkning: Alle produkter fremstillet af N.H. Emballage, som er bestemt til kontakt med fødevarer, er mærket med glas-gaffel symbol Mærkningen indeholder ligeledes et produktions ordre nr. PO. Xxxxx, samt fremstillingstidspunkt i form af uge / år. Kontrol / Egenkontrol N.H. Emballage A/S er naturligvis underlagt kontrol besøg fra fødevarestyrelsen, og har ligeledes egenkontrol i henhold til gældende regler. BfR, Empfehlung III, Stand vom 1.4.2006 FDA EU Regulation 21 CFR 177.1520 (c)2.2. Commission Directive 2002/72/EC incl. Subsequent amendments like 2004/1/EC, 2004/19/EC, 2005/79/EC, and 2007/19/EC. EEC directive 2002/72 states that the overall migration from plastic materials into foodstuffs must not exceed 10 mg/dm 2 (at 40 C after 10 days). According to test procedure DS/ENV 1186 the overall migration measured on 3 % acetic acid, olive oil and 15 % ethanol (at 40 C after 10 days) of this product is much lower than the stated limit. This product contains octene-1, which is subjected to a Specific Migration Limit (SML) of 15 ppm. The analysed specific migration of octene-1 has a total of less than 2 mg/dm 2 measured on 3 % acetic acid, olive oil and 15 % ethanol (at 40 C after 10 days). This is equal to a max. of 12 ppm in 1 kg foodstuff. This product also contains octadecyl-3-(3,5-ditertbutyl- 4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate (CAS no. 2082-79-3), which is subjected to a SML of 6 ppm. In accordance with Directive 2004/19/EC shall additives, which are authorised as food additives and flavourings, not migrate into foodstuff in quantities exceeding the restriction in Directive 89/107/EEC and 88/388/EEC. We hereby state that none of the additives mentioned in Directive 89/107/EC or 88/388/EEC are present in this product. This product complies with the EC Directive 2001/95/EC concerning General Product Safety. We hereby confirm, that the contents of Lead, Cadmium, Mercury and Hexavalent Cronium in the product don t exceed the value of 100 ppm, which is valid according to the Packaging and Waste Directive 94/62/EEC as per 30 th June 2001. The product does not contain substances labelled as eco-toxic (danger symbol N ). We can also confirm that there is no presence of BADGE, BFDGE or NOGE in our materials, which are of concern in Commission Regulation (EC) No 1895/2005.
