2 Abouttheorganizers: Theassociation "Sentire"isanorganisationthat has as purposes the development ofyouth, helpingoutthose who lackopportunities,the integration into societyofdiscriminated young people and encouraging youth initiative.our organisationhasanumberof35membersthat comefrom bothurbanandruralenvironments, aged between 18 and 30.Itisourwish that throughthisproject,theyouthwildeveloptheir abilities,atitudesand knowledge base,alof theseleadingtotheexpansionoftheirskilset. Ourmembershadthechanceofparticipatingto internationalprojectswithinerasmusplusinmost European countries, having accumulated the necessaryexperience to engage in non-formal activitieswiththeyoungpeople.weareworking withtheyouthforcultural,socialandeconomic development.wesustainequalopportunitiesin ourpresentsociety. Abouttheproject: Through thisprojectwe aim the folowing objectives: O1-Developingentrepreneurshipskilsfor 42youthparticipantsbetweentheagesof18and 30,from 5partnercountriesfora8dayactivity period.theobjectivewilbeachievedthroughthe non-formaleducationmethod,publiccafé,theater playsandothergamesonnon-formaleducation. O2 - Developing skils through non-formal educationfor42youthparticipantsfrom 5partner countriesovera8dayactivityperiod.theobjective wilbe achieved through non-formaleducation debatesandothergames. O3-Developingculturaland linguisticskilsforthe42participantsovera8day activityperiod.thisgoalwilbeachievedthrough the Living Library,intercultural exchange and dialoguebetweentheparticipants. O4-Supporting15youthwithloweropportunities from the5partnercountries-3peoplefrom each country,3youthromapeopleyouthsand20youth withlow opportunitiesinhorezuinvolvedinthe projectactivities.theywildeveloptheirskilsfor8 days of activities through various non-formal methodsofeducation,gamesanddialogue.
