Brug den smarte energibesparende løsning i dag! Prisen for energi fortsætter med at stige og kravene om energibesparelser øges for alle områder. Internationale miljøaftaler vil snart ændres fra vejledende til lovkrav. Energi-effektive produkter vil få deres egne klassifikationer som en del af direktivet for energi brugende produkter (Energy-using products Eup). Det er derfor en fornuftig ide at lave smarte energi effektive løsninger i dag. Valg af korrekt ventilator er økonomisk og energibesparende. Bygninger forbruger ca. 40% af alt energi inden for EU. Den samlede andel af ventilation udgør ca. en tredjedel af alt energi forbrug i bygninger og ventilatoren står for den klart største energiforbrugende del. Derfor er en korrekt dimensioneret økonomisk ventilator den vigtigste del for en optimal energibesparelse. SFP = PE/qv = kw/m 3 /s Køling 30 % Ventilation 30 % Effektivitet er den vigtigeste faktor. Det omtrentlige energiforbrug for bygninger i EU Lys og andre tekniske installationer 10 % Opvarming 30 % Den samlede effektivitet er den bedste indikator af energieffektiviteten for en ventilator. En nyttig måling er SFP (Specific Fan Power). Dette er ventilatorens samlede elektriske forbrug divideret med ventilatorens luftmængde (SFP=PE/qv=kw/m³/s) SFP målingen er et godt sammenligningsgrundlag for ventilatorer af forskellige producenter, forudsat at det totale elforbrug er udregnet ens. Når man dimensionerer det Specifikke Fan Power bør følgende overvejes: - Ventilators virkningsgrad i driftspunkt - Motor effektivitet også ved delbelastning - Hastighedsregulators virkningsgrad og dennes påvirkning af motor. FW fans meets ErP regulation already now European Energy Related Products Directive (ErP) Following the Kyoto protocol the EU has set a target to reduce energy consumption by 20%, and increase the share of renewable energies by 20% by 2020. With ErP Directive the EU has defined the way to do this. Because of ErP directive for fans, fan manufacturers will be required to design their products for the European market to comply with defined efficiency standards to make an important contribution to reducing energy consumption. For this reason applicable regulations and standards have been developed for different product categories within EU. For fans with input power between 125W and 500 kw the Commission s Regulation 327/2011/EC is applied. The user can recognize fans that satisfy the requirements of the directive by the CE sign. Fan regulations The regulation sets out minimum efficiency grades for fans within this scope being placed on the market for the first time. The efficiency grade is based on the electrical power from mains and therefore encom - passes both the fan efficiency and motor efficiency. Any fan placed on the market for the first time will have to comply with these efficiency grades. For classification of fans efficiency, grade N has been generated (in international ISO standard the symbol is FMEG). Depending on the model of the fan, the efficiency grade N in accordance with ErP Directive must be complied. The efficiency grade can be measured for complete fan system or calculated by using algorithms defined within regulations. How the efficiency is calculated? The EU has specified the corresponding formulas with which the respective mini - mum efficiency for axial fans, forward and backward curved centrifugal fans, tangential blowers and diagonal fans can be calculated η e = P u(s) / P e The schedule of ErP regulations The first phase (tier 1) comes into force on the 1st January 2013. The regulation sets out minimum efficiency grades for fans within its scope being placed on the market for the first time. The efficiency grade is based on the electrical input power and therefore encompasses both the fan efficiency and the motor efficiency. Any fan placed onto the market for the first time (usually by the manufacturer) will have to comply with these efficiency grades. It will be illegal to introduce a fan onto the market after 2012 that does not comply. A second phase (tier 2) of tighter efficiency grades will come into force on the 1st January 2015. The second stage with higher efficiency values becomes effective on January 01, 2015, and this will consider the entire fan, not just the fan motor. Taking advantage of new permanent magnet motor technology with improved motor efficiency, also having optimized the airflow through our impeller, we have improved the total fan motor efficiency by up to 6%. Improved aerodynamics with a higher overall efficiency and thus a lower power consumption, all in a smaller more compact size. Motors are available in the power range from 0.75 up to 22 kw offering airflows up to 10 m 3 /s and pressures up to 1500 Pa. Mångsidiga regleringsalternativ Behovet av ventilation varierar kraftigt över dygnet och årstiden. Med behovstyrd ventilation sparar man i driftskostnader. Roofmaster Plus EC har en inbyggd varvtalsregulator och varvtalet kan styras steglöst med en 0 till 10V styrsignal eller manuellt med en po - tentiometer. Det är också möjligt att köra med en eller två fasta varvtal. En tryckreglulator kan kopplas till Roofmaster Plus EC för att få konstanttryckstyrning. Tryckregulatorn kan förses med utetemperaturgivare exakt det varvtal som krävs för tillfället. Det ger en låg ljudnivå, sparar el och uppvärmningskostnader. Roofmaster Plus EC takfläkt STEC finns i fyra stor - lekar och täcker luftflöden upp till 1.7 m 3 /s och tryckökning upp till 750 Pa. 11
