Article 2 Artikel 2 The Organization shall enjoy in Denmark the same privileges and immunities as those granted to specialized agencies of the United Nations by virtue of the Convention on the privileges and immunities of the specialized agencies of 21 November 1947. Organisationen skal i Danmark nyde samme privilegier og immuniteter som dem, der tildeles de Forenede Nationers særorganisationer i kraft af konventionen om særorganisationernes privilegier og immuniteter af 21. november 1947. Article 3 Artikel 3 Representatives of Members of the Organization shall enjoy in Denmark the same privileges and immunities as those granted to representatives of Member States of a specialized agency of the United Nations by virtue of the Convention on the privileges and immunities of 21 November 1947. Repræsentanter for organisationens medlemmer skal i Danmark nyde samme privilegier og immuniteter som dem, der tildeles repræsentanter for de Forenede Nationers særorganisationers medlemslande i kraft af konventionen om privilegier og immuniteter af 21. november 1947. Article 4 Artikel 4 The Director General and the Deputy Director General of the Organization, on the one hand, and, on the other hand, the staff of the Organization shall enjoy in Denmark the same privileges and immunities as those granted to executive heads and to the staff, respectively, of specialized agencies of the United Nations by virtue of the Convention on the privileges and immunities of the specialized agencies of 21 November 1947. Any dispute between the Government of Denmark and the Organization concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement which is not settled by negotiation, shall be referred for final decision to a tribunal of three arbitrators: one to be appointed by the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Denmark, one to be appointed by the Director General, and the third, who shall be the chairman of the tribunal, to be appointed by the first two arbitrators. Enhver tvist mellem Danmarks regering og organisationen vedrørende fortolkning eller anvendelse af denne aftale, som ikke kan bilægges ved forhandling, skal forelægges til afgørelse ved en voldgiftsret bestående af tre voldgiftsdommere: En udpeges af Danmarks udenrigsminister, en udpeges af generaldirektøren, og den tredje, som skal være formand for voldgiftsretten, udpeges af de to første voldgiftsdommere. Article 6 Artikel 6 The provisions of this Agreement can be modified or revised at any time by mutual consent of the Parties. Negotiations thereto shall be conducted at the request of either Party. Bestemmelserne i denne aftale kan ændres eller revideres til enhver tid med parternes gensidige indforståelse. Forhandlinger herom skal føres, såfremt en af parterne anmoder om det. Article 7 Artikel 7 This Agreement shall enter into force upon its signature by the representatives of both Parties. Denne aftale skal træde i kraft ved dens underskrivelse ved repræsentanter for begge parter. Article 8 Artikel 8 This Agreement shall cease to be in force twelve months after either of the Parties shall have given notice in writing to the other of its decision to terminate the Agreement.
