System refereing to a setup consisting of drain boxes, green plants, soil, outlet, and leaf guard incl leaf guard bracket. Test equipment The test will be carried out on the JUAL test stand for outlet flow rate testing with a standard setup arrangement acc. To EN1253-2:2003 which means that the down pipe has been done with a 1500 mm offset string and a total fall height of 3000 mm. Additional test specification In order to describe the flow capacity for the green roofs system the data has been based upon the standard definitions for outlet flow testing meaning the that the flow rate is examined at different water levels resulting in a set of data from which a flow curve can be derived. The green roof test setup which has been added to the standard definition consists of a green roof area of app. 1200x1200 positioned symmetric around a leaf guard. The fully saturated green roof drain boxes including soil and plants somewhat prevents the water from rising the registrated water level is therefore the measure water level around the green roof section.
