side 3 Dansk/Norsk brugermanual Introduktion/ Introduksjon Elma itemp er en universal føler, som kan forbindes til din iphone, ipad eller IPod touch. Temperaturen vises i real tid på en af ovenstående applikationer. Man kan opsætte brugerdefinerede alarmgrænser. Elma itemp er supporteret af følgende ios udstyr: iphone 4, iphone 3GS, iphone 3G ipod touch (4. generation) ipad, ipad2 Vigtig info ios version 4,2 kræves for, at få produktet til, at virke. Kom i gang Installationen er ligetil/ enkel. Se herunder: 1. Sæt Elma itemp i din iphone, ipad eller ipod touch Følgende meddelelse vil fremkomme: 2. Tryk Yes for, at downloade applikationen fra App Store Applikationen vil nu blive downloaded fra App Store.
side 4 3. Gå til hjemmesiden, find og klik på icelsius ikonet Applikationen vil nu starte op. (Applikationer starter automatisk, når man forbinder itemp proben). 4. Påbegynd måling af temperatur Læs venligst den vigtige sikkerhedsmeddelelse inden påbegyndelse af måling. Brugen af Elma itemp Når man isætter itemp proben, vil icelsius applikationen starte automatisk efter ca. 2-3 sekunder. Live temperatur Viser de mest nylige og aktuelle aflæsninger/avlesninger fra itemp proben (både som digitalt og analogt display). Man kan sætte visning til aflæsning/avlesning i enten Celsius ( C) eller Fahrenheit ( F) ved hjælp af skifteafbryderen/bryteren. Den røde markør viser alarmens øvre grænse, en blå markør viser alarmens nedre grænse. Grafer Viser data fra sensoren inden/innen for det sidste minut. Den røde linje viser alarmens øvre grænse (hvis denne er fastsat). En blå linje vil vise alarmens nedre grænse. Gem/Lagre graferne i billede/bilde biblioteket, eller send dem på e-mail. Alarmopsætning Gør, at man kan opsætte nedre og øvre alarmgrænse, så alarmen kan udløses.

Funktion: Brug aldrig Elma itemp eller iphone/ipad/ipod touch i eller nær ved vand/vann eller fugtige områder. Kun metalspidsen kan bruges i vand og fugt. Fare for chok/sjokk: Både modtager og sensor har potentielle chok/sjokk farer. Hold dem væk/vekk fra børn/barn under 3 år. Afmontering af sensor: Prøv aldrig, at afmontere sensoren eller, at åbne/åpne den. Lad altid en godkendt forhandler som Elma Instruments gøre dette. Generelle sikkerhedsforbehold: Udsæt/Utsett ikke Elma itemp for temperaturer udover de specificerede temperatur og fugtighedsområder. Hvis dette er tilfældet, kan det medføre skade på udstyret. Placer/Plasser aldrig sensoren i nærheden af varmekilder, eller i direkte sollys. Ej heller i område, hvor temperaturen er for kold/kald. Problemløsning itemp applikationen kan ikke detektere måleobjektet Først skal man være opmærksom på om man bruger den nyeste version af iphone/ipad/i Pod touch og den nyeste version af softwaren (Man kan downloade eventuelle updates frit/fritt i App Store). Udfør følende trin: Fjern itemp proben Afslut icelsius applikationen Genstart icelsius applikationen og herefter tilslut proben. Hvis dette ikke virker, prøv da, at afslutte alle dine applikationer og luk dine iting ned prøv igen. Hvis problemet fortsætter, kontakt da Elma Instruments.

side 8 7. Gå till hemsidan, hitta och klicka på icelsius-ikonen Applikationen startas nu upp. (Applikationer startar automatiskt när man ansluter itemp proben). 8. Börja mätning av temperatur Var vänlig och läs det viktiga säkerhetsmeddelandet innan mätningen påbörjas. Användning av Elma itemp När man sätter i itemp-proben, startar icelsius-applikationen automatiskt efter ca. 2-3 sekunder. Live temperatur Viser de nyaste och aktuella avläsningarna från itemp-proben (både som digital och analog visning). Man kan ändra mellan visning i Celsius ( C) eller Fahrenheit ( F) med hjälp av knappen. Den röda markören visar alarmets övre gräns, en blå markör visar alarmets nedre gäns. Grafer Visar data från sensorn från den senaste minuten. Den röda linjen visar alarmets övre gräns (om denna är inställd). En blå linje visar alarmets nedre gräns. Problemlösning itemp-applikationen kan inte detektera mätobjektet Först skall man vara uppmärksam på om man använder den senaste versionen av iphone/ipad/i Pod touch och den senaste versionen av programvaran (Man kan ladda ner eventuella uppdateringar gratis i App Store). Utför följande steg: Tag bort itemp-proben Avsluta icelsius-applikationen Återstarta icelsius-applikationen och anslut sedan proben. Om detta inte fungerar, prova då att avsluta alla dina applikationer och stäng dina iting prova igen. Om problemet inte försvinner, kontakta Elma Instruments.

side 12 English usermanual Introduction The icelsius is a general purpose temperature sensor that connects to your iphone", ipad" or ipod touch". Temperature is displayed in real-time on your iphone / ipad / ipod You can setup alarms if the temperature crosses limits you define. icelsius is supported by the following ios devices: iphone 4, iphone 3GS, iphone 3G ipod touch (4thg eneration) ipad, ipad 2 IMPORTANT ios version 4.2 is required for the product to operate! Getting started Installation is straightforward: 1. Plug the icelsius to your iphone, ipad or ipod touch You will see a message like this one: 2. Tap "Yes" to download the application from the App Store The application will download from the App Store. 3. Go to the Home page, locate and click on the icelsius icon Application will launch (application launches automatically when you connect the icelsius probe). 4. Start measuring temperature Please read Important Safety Information first.
side 13 Using the icelsius When you plug the icelsius probe1, the icelsius application will automatically launch after a short period (2-3 seconds). Live Temperature Displays the most recent reading from the icelsius probe (both as a digital and analog display). You can set the view in Celsius ("C) or Fahrenheit ("F) using the toggle switch. The red cursor shows the alarm upper limit (a blue cursor shows the alarm lower limit). 1 No other application should be running. Graphs Shows the last minute of data from the sensor. The red line shows the alarm upper limit (if set). A blue line would show the alarm lower limit. Save graphs in Picture Library or send them by email. Alarm Setup Allows you to set upper and lower limits for the alarm to trigger.
side 14 Important Safety Information WARNING: Failure to follow these safety instructions could result in injury or damage. Operating Do not use the icelsius or iphone 1 ipad 1 ipod touch in or near water or wet locations. Only the metallic probe tip can be immersed. Choking hazard The receiver and sensor are potential choking hazards. Keep them awayfrom children under three years of age. Disassembling the sensor Do not attempt to open the sensor or disassemble it. No user-serviceable parts are inside. General Use Precautions Do not expose the icelsius to temperatures outside the specified temperature and humidity ranges. Doing so may damage the icelsius or disfigure its casing. Avoid placing your icelsius sensor near a source of heat or exposing it to sunlight (even through a window). Inversely, placing your icelsius in an environment that is too cold or humid may damage the unit. Trobleshooting The icelsius application does not detect the accessory First, make sure that you are running the latest version of the iphone/ipad/ipod touch and that the icelsius application is up to date (you can check for updates using the app store application). Perform the following steps: Unplug the icelsius probe Quit the icelsius application Restart the icelsius application, then plug in the probe If that does not solve the problem, try to quit all your applications and shut down the iphone/ipad/ipod touch, and then try again. If problem persists, contact support.

The icelsius application does not go into background This is a voluntary limitation of the iphone/ipad/ipod touch to preserve battery life. Learning more, Service, and support.
