In connection with the tilting festival, the museum is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 4 pm. In June, July and August the museum is open every Tuesday and Friday from 11 am to 4 pm. Historical tilting At the historical tilting course at Sønderborg Castle riders, wearing fancy middle age costumes, give a performance of the tilting sport. Ordensregler For at sikre dig den bedste oplevelse til ringridning har vi opstillet en række enkle regler for opholdet på ringriderpladsen, som vi beder dig følge. Ringriderpladsen er et fodgængerområde. Gæster med funktionsnedsættelse kan medbringe en elektrisk- eller en manuel kørestol. Det er ikke tilladt at medbringe cykel, knallert, rulleskøjter, skateboard, løbehjul o. lign. på pladsen. Hunde må ikke medbringes på pladsen efter kl. 19.00. Vis hensyn overfor andre pas på dig selv, dine børn og dine ting. Der må kun nydes medbragt mad og drikke vare i ringriderområdet under selve ringrider dysten, som afholdes fra kl. 13 til 19 fredag og søndag. Indhold i tasker og lommer skal kunne forevises for pladsens kontrollører. Ordensregler Det er ikke tilladt at medbringe genstande, der kan anvendes som våben disse kan inddrages og genstandene vil blive overleveret til politiet. Det er ikke tilladt at færdes synligt beruset på pladsen eller genere andre ved tilråb, utilstedelig opførsel eller lign. Det er ikke tilladt at gå på bare fødder eller i bar overkrop - sko og påklædning skal bæres under hele besøget. Henkastning af papir og affald eller andre forurenende genstande og beskadigelse af bygninger, udsmykning, inventar eller andet er ikke tilladt. Opsætning af plakater samt uddeling af brochurer er ikke tilladt. Benyt venligst pladsens toiletter til såvel voksne som børn. Tobaksrygning er ikke tilladt, hvor dette er skiltet. Det gælder fx Børneland, kø-områder og forlystelser. Vis i øvrigt hensyn til de omkringstående. Truende eller voldelig adfærd over for andre gæster eller pladsens personale politianmeldes.
