Derefter identificeres og fritlægges pronator quadratus for at eksponere frakturen den tilhørende guideblok, som påsættes ved hjælp af guide skruen (0 06). Guideblokken monteres på skinnen i det proximale ulnare skruehul i inden skinnen sættes fast på knoglen. Placeringkan sikres proximalt og distalt vha. K tråde. Placer den første cortikalskrue i det proximale ovale hul. Skinnens placering kan hermed reguleres under gennemlysning. Bor bicortikalt med,mm bor (0 07) og bore guide (0 04 farvekode GRØN). Aflæs skrue længden vha. laser markering. Alternativt aflæses vha. dybdemåler (0 06). Isæt,5mm cortikalskrue. 4. Sæt de distale skruer (,mm) vha. 5. Der kan isættes enten corticalskruer 6. boreguide,0mm (MS DG farvekode BLÅ) med tilhørende bor,0mm (0 0). Aflæs skruernes længde vha. borets lasermarkering. Alternativt anvendes dybdemåler (MS DRPB). (,mm Non Toggling Cortical Screw, sølv, art.nr. CO NXX eller låse skruer (,mm Locking Cortical Screws, GULD, art.nr. CO TXX). Anvend,5mm skruetrækkerblad (0 07) og tilhørende håndtag (MS 0). Placering af de styloide skruer opnås ved at boreguide (MS DG) placeres i guideblokkens dobbelthul i den radielle side. Der bores med,0mm bor (0 0, BLÅ). Aflæs skrue længde som i pkt. 4. Guideblokken fjernes for bedre at kunne isætte skruerne med skruetrækkeren (blad, BLÅ 0 0). Anvend her håndtag (MS 0). 7. Isæt de proximale skruer vha. bore guide.,mm, farvekode GRØN (0 04), som skrues i skinnen. Bor med,mm bor, GRØN (0 07). Aflæs skruernes længde som i pkt. 4. Alternativt anvendes dybdemåler (0 06). Isæt låseskruer,5mm, LYSEBLÅ, (COL XXX). Her anvendes,mm skruetrækkerblad (HPC 005) og tilhørende håndtag (0 066). Resultatet kontrolleres ved gennemlysning.
