In the course of its largest refurbishment, Rosengårdcentret, located in the university city of Odense, was restructured and redesigned until spring 2015. A combination of graphical representations of the tales written by the Danish author Hans Christian Andersen and state-of-the-art Scandinavian architecture turn the visit to the most important shopping destination on the island of Fyn into a special experience. 2

Location / Public Transportation Connection It takes only a short drive to Rosengårdcentret from the center of Odense. The center is easily accessed by car, bike and public transportation. This describes the holistic approach that ECE has made the basis of its long-term corporate philosophy. In this spirit, ECE has written and published, in collaboration with the University of Karlsruhe, a sustainability manual for shopping centers. Further impetus has come from the independent experts who sit on the company s Sustainability Advisory Board. The primary objective is to save energy and reduce CO₂ emissions.
