Our highly experienced team is fully capable of running the entire process from the initial meeting with the land owner, to dealing with local planning, zoning, drafting contracts with company-owned retail chains and until closing of the sale to the end investor. We work very closely with partners and clients through the entire project stage. MIXED-USE PROJECTS MIXED-USE PROJECTS Hørsholm Developed and constructed a 5,000 m² newbuild project in Hørsholm s pedestrian street in cooperation with O. Adsbøll & Sønner. Project designed by Dorte Mandrup Arkitekter. The project consists of a 1,320 m² Netto store, 2,000 m² designated for Fitness dk and 12 residential units. Handover was spring 2016. The project will be prominently located along Rungstedvej and create much needed dynamics at the southern end of the pedestrian street. Gilleleje About 5,000 m² in the heart of Gilleleje, including new Fakta and Irma retail stores, new Danbolig and Nordea branches and the town s new healthcare centre with medical services and a dental clinic. Six residential units sold off-plan to private home buyers some eight months before being ready for occupation. Our first residential project sale. The commercial part of the project was handed over to the investor in early 2014. 6
MIXED-USE PROJECTS Åbyen Aarhus The site housing the old freight forwarding terminal at Søren Frichs Vej is being converted into a new residential area, and Innovater will be in charge of building a new 1,000 sqm Netto supermarket and 102 flats covering a total of 6,500 sqm. Another 164 family flats are also being built at nearby Lokesvej in the Åbyhøj district. Årstidernes Arkitekter have designed these residential units, which have a total floor space of 13,000 sqm. Trøjborg Centret Aarhus Innovater is partnering with NREP to develop Trøjborg Centret in Aarhus. Stage one involves an extensive modernisation of both interior and exterior areas. Stage two involves the development of residential units. The project is designed by Skovhus Architects. 7
