Donortyren har opholdt sig på den godkendte tyrestation i mere end seks (6) måneder forud for den første opsamling af sæd til eksport til Sri Lanka og at donortyren ikke er blevet brugt til naturlig bedækning eller at donortyren kun har bedækket kvier, som ikke tidligere er blevet bedækket og at der ikke er konstateret kliniske tegn Campylobacter fetus-infektion og på trichomonas fetus på den tyrestation, hvor donortyren har opholdt sig/ The donor bull has been resident in the approved animal semen collection centre for not less than six (6) months prior to the date of the first collection of semen for export to Sri Lanka and the donor bull has not been used for natural service, or had served virgin heifers or were kept in the AI Centre where no clinical sign of Campylobacter foetus infection and of trichomonas foetus had been reported. 2. For så vidt det kan konstateres og efter klinisk at have undersøgt donortyrene, viser de ingen tegn på genetiske defekter/ In so far as can be ascertained and having clinically examined the donor bulls they do not show any evidence of genetic defects. 3. For så vidt det kan konstateres, er donortyren ikke afkom af et moderdyr, som er smittet eller er mistænkt for at have været smittet med Bovin Spongiform Encephalopati (BSE), og donortyren er ikke blevet vaccineret mod mund- og klovesyge/ In so far as can be ascertained, the donor animal is not known to be the progeny of a dam suspected or confirmed to have been infected with Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE) nor has it been vaccinated against Foot and Mouth Disease. 4. Opsamlingen, behandlingen, pakningen og frysningen af sæden til eksport er sket under mit tilsyn og på en godkendt tyrestation i overensstemmelse med International animal health code of the OIE. The collection, processing, packaging and freezing of semen for export to Sri Lanka was done under my supervision and at an approved semen collection centre in accordance with the International animal health code of the OIE. 5. I opsamlingsperioden af sæd til eksport til Sri Lanka har ingen dyr på tyrestationen, hvor opsamlingen af sæd til eksport til Sri Lanka blev foretaget, udvist tegn eller symptomer på smitsomme sygdomme, som de pågældende dyr er modtagelig for/ During the period of collection of semen for export to Sri Lanka there have been no signs or symptoms of contagious diseases to which the animals in question are susceptible in any animal at the semen collection centre at which the collection of semen for export to Sri Lanka was made. 6. Donortyrene er underkastet følgende undersøgelser med negativt resultat 30 dage forud for den første opsamling af sæd til eksport til Sri Lanka, på de nedenfor anførte datoer/ The donor animals have been subjected to the following tests with negative results 30 days prior to the first collection of semen for export to Sri Lanka on the dates shown: a) en bovin tuberkulin prøve ved brug af Weybrigde P.P.D tuberkulin/ a bovine tuberculin test using Weybridge P.P.D tuberculin on: b) en brucellosis prøve/ a Brucellosis test on: c) en bovin campylobakter prøve ved brug af sæd- og præputialprøver/ a Campylobacteriosis test by culture of semen and preputial specimens on: d) en trichomoniasis prøve ved direkte mikroskopi og kulturundersøgelse af preputialprøver/ a trichomoniasis test by direct microscopi and culture examination of preputial specimens on: e) en blod prøve for isolation af bovin virus diarré virus. a blood sample for the isolation of the bovine virus diarrhoea virus on: 7. Donortyrene viste ingen kliniske tegn på bovin tuberkulosis, leptospirosis, brucellosis, bovin genital campylobakteriosis og Infektiøs Bovin Rhinotracheitis Infektiøs Pustulær Vulvovaginitis (IBR - IPV) på sædopsamlingsdagen. The donor animals do not showed any signs of bovine tuberculosis, leptospirosis, brucellosis, bovine genital campylobacteriosis and Infectious Bovine Rhinotracheitis Infectious Pustular Vulvovaginitis (IBV - IPV) on the day of collection of semen. 8. Både sæden og preputial prøver fra donortyrene er blevet undersøgt for Campylobacter fetus med negativt resultat/ The culture of semen and preputial specimens of the donor animals proved negative for Campylobacter foetus infection. 9. Direkte mikroskopi og kultur undersøgelse af preputial prøver fra donortyrene for trichomoniasis har været negativt/ Direct microscopi and culture examination of preputial specimens of the donor animals were found to be negative for trichomoniasis. 10. Donortyrene har med negativt resultat været underkastet en virus isolationsundersøgelse på sæd eller en ELISA undersøgelse til diagnostesering af IBR/IPV på en blodprøve udtaget 21 dage efter sædopsamling. The donor animals were subject to a semen virus isolation test or ELISA test for IBR/IPV on a blood sample taken 21 days after collection of the semen were found to be negativ. 11. Alle dyrene som opholder sig på tyrestationen inklusivt donortyrene har været underkastet følgende undersøgelser med negativt resultater til følge: All the animals maintained at the semen production center including the donor animals have been tested and found to be negative for the following: i) Brucellosis serumagglutinationsprøve eller komplementbindingsreaktion med tolv (12) måneders mellemrum/ Brucellosis - Serum agglutination or complement fixation test at intervals of twelve (12) months: ii) Tuberkulosis - er undersøgt med en intradermal tuberkulinprøve med tolv (12) måneders mellemrum. Tuberculosis were subjected to intradermal tuberculin test at intervals of twelve (12) months. 12. Alt udstyr brugt til opsamling, behandling, opbevaring og transport af sæden til eksport til Sri Lanka er enten nyt eller var renset og desinficeret forud for brug/ All equipment used to collect, process, store and transport semen for export to Sri Lanka was either new or cleaned and disinfected prior to use. 13. Sæden blev opsamlet og behandlet under tilsyn af sædopsamlingsstationens godkendte dyrlæge, og sæden blev fyldt i strå, som var permanent mærket med donortyrens navn, registrerings nummer og opsamlingsdato som anført i dette certifikat/ The semen was collected and processed under the general supervision of the designated veterinarian and placed in individual straws permanently marked with the donor's name, registration number and date of collection as recorded on this health certificate. 14. Sæden blev behandlet og opbevaret i Danmark fra opsamlingstidspunktet til afsendelsen til Sri Lanka i godkendte faciliteter i mindst tredive (30) dage/ The semen was processed and stored in Denmark from the time of collection until dispatch to Sri Lanka at premises approved by the Danish Veterinary Service for at least thirty (30) days. Tyrestationen, hvor sæd til eksport til Sri Lanka er opsamlet, er godkendt i henhold til gældende danske regler og er under tilsyn af en dyrlæge godkendt af Fødevaredirektoratet/ The semen collection centre for the export of semen to Sri Lanka is approved under the current Danish legislation and is under supervision of a local veterinarian approved by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration. 2. 3. Sæden, som skal eksporteres, blev anbragt i en forsendelsesbeholder og forseglet med et nummereret officielt dansk embedssegl og dette nummer står anført i certifikat (Veterinær certifikat for eksport af tyresæd fra Danmark til Sri Lanka part A, punkt V, d)/ The semen to be exported was placed in a shipping container and sealed with a numbered official seal of the government of Denmark and the serial number documented on the certificate (Veterinary certificate for exportation of bovine semen from Denmark to Sri Lanka part A point V d).
