1 KDRMS - Online Registration ( к) 'DEVAJAALIKA' is a web based Software system for managing the recruitment activities of Kerala Devaswom Recruitment Board constituted for identifying suitable staffs against the vacancies of 5 Devaswom Boards namely Travancore Devaswom Board, Cochin Devaswom Board, Guruvayur Devaswom Board, Koodalmanickam Devaswom and Malabar Devaswom Board. Candidates can access Devajaalika system either through KDRB official website or the URL : )in a standard web browser. Now the candidate will get a login screen where the candidates can register their credentials as one time for submitting application against notifications advertised by KDRB. If the candidate is for the first time, then they should register, otherwise login with valid User name and Password. Retrieving of Password option is also there in the system. 2 New user Registration Please enter valid Id, Mobile number, Username and Password for registering with KDRB. It's a onetime registration process. You can't create another user with the same credentials. After entering these details, please enter the Captcha as shown in the form. Please click Register button. OTP validation is there. The details will be captured and send you a SMS regarding successful registration. New user Registration OTP (one time password) to your registered mobile. 3 Forgot password Forgot Password facility can be used for creating new password. Please enter your User Name and Captcha and press Next button. OTP validation method is used for verifying the exact users. Please enter the New Password and confirm the new password. Click Save button. After entering new password, an OTP will be generated and send to candidates registered Mobile Number. Please enter OTP and Click Validate OTP button for resetting password. Doc. 4 Once the Login credentials are successfully registered, the candidate can use these for filling their profile, uploading photos, signatures, Qualifications, Experiences etc as one time registration. They can submit their applications against notifications opened by KDRB through "Application Submission form". First the candidates have to fill their profile data through "Candidate Profile form". 6 Qualifications In this form, Candidates can enter their qualification details relevant to advertised posts. The qualifications entered cannot be modified after the submission of application. The qualifications cannot be altered or deleted once they are verified by KDRB. Qualifications Details Enter the Qualification details and click Add button. Then the details are added to a table and displayed. Any number of qualifications can be added and recorded. Experiences In this form, Candidates can enter their experience details relevant to advertised posts. The experience entered cannot be modified after the submission of application. They cannot be altered or deleted once they are verified by KDRB. Experience Details Enter the details of valid experience with period of appointment and click Add button. 7 Weightages / Preferences In this form, eligible candidates those who have Weightages or Preferences can update here. The Weightage groups identified by KDRB are 1. Differently Abled Person (PH -Blind, PH-Deaf, PH-Dumb,PH-Ortho) 2. Ex- Service 3. Sports 4. NCC The Preference types identified are 1. Service Candidates 2. Dependent of Ex-service men 3. Wife of Jawan 4. Scout/Guide 5. Orphanage 6. Home Guard. For entering the details, firstly Candidates should change the Weightage status in the profile page. Then only, the details can be entered. 8 Enter the details of Weightages/ Preferences and click Add button. Then the details are added to a table and displayed. Physical Fitness For some specific posts, physical fitness of the candidate is evaluated. For such posts candidates have to compulsorily entered the fitness details here. 9 Application Final Submission / Online Payment This form is used for submitting application to KDRB against advertised posts. Here the candidate can select the advertised posts (Category No.). The Category number will be listed here till the last date of submission. Candidate can select the applicable post and select the qualification opted for the applying post. This qualification has to be entered already through qualification menu. The application can be saved as draft and can be submitted finally once the payment of application fee is sucessfully completed. Payment of fee can be done through online using the Make Payment option. The candidate have to select the bank first. KDRB is providing multiple choices to candidaites for selecting the payment gateway. The banks identified by KDRB for providing payment gateways are Federal Bank, HDFC & Canara Bank. Based on the integrations these banks will be there on the application form. Candidates must agree the decleration statement before the final submission "Submit" of application. 14 After successfully Payment candidate can submit the application. A PDF report will be generated. Candidate can save the application form and take printout for further processing.
