Dear Studio! My name is Mateusz Kozlowski and I am an architect with 7+ years experience with rich history record of projects from Henning Larsen Architects. My background comes from such large architectural and engineering practices as Estudio Lamela, Busby + Associates(www.busbyperkinswill.ca) /Vancouver, Fiszer Atelier 41 /FR (www.fiszer41.com), Abelardo Gonzalez /SE (www.abelardogonzalez.se). For the last half year I have been working and living in Oslo / Norway and currently I have returned to Copenhagen where I live permanently and drive my firm - Digifolio making competition proposals, feasibility studies and technical development in cooperation with offices I worked for. I am currently looking for permanent position in architecture and I am interested in the profile of your studio. In Henning Larsen Architects I was working in positions of assistants to project leadership with close technical research and formal investigation, with building design development and drafting and BIM modelling, various architecture and urban planning design research processes, technical work coordination and visualising conceptual work. I have experience with taking socondary leading role in competition and technical development steering and can perform work on all levels of advancement from preliminary design, further design development and technical implementation of built design. I am a structured efficient designer architect with good sense of aesthetics, proportion and form with its regard to projects commercial and socio-functional concept. Itook professional leadership training courses at Arkitektforenningen DK and caryy MAA title. The skills i have allow me to be working with variable size process groups with tasks in many scales in various parts of the world like Iceland, eariler Singapore, Dubai/ EUA, Australia, Central Europe also have good recogintion of demand and technical and architectural work specific in Denmark, Sweden and Norway. Among many proposals included in my portfolio at Henning Larsen Architects I took main part in the concept design development of famous Harpa Music Hall in Reykjavik - awarded Mies Van Der Rohe Prize 2013 - where we cooperated with Olafur Eliassons Studio on a threedimensional cellular wall engineering concept. I have also performed number of large format biomimetic works for projects of advanced scale and complexity in the area of Middle East and Ireland. These tasks included building large mass formations with strong relation to engineering concept, I have peformed 3d coordination and general architectural design quality supervision on ongoing projects under feasibility study and rational scaling and measuring modes. I work with strong visual diagramatic outupt common to big danish offices when testing the design and prototyping its solution against function, local regulation economy and aesthetics. I work with Rhino 3d, Autodesk building Suite, Revit and Solidworks adding secondary set of individual digital tools that let to deveop, test and take the vision to another level of creative investigation freedom and often program tools myself. Process oriented thinking is my solid skill in all tasks concerning development of a successful design material for critical approach project meetings. I am a skilled idea communicator and buidling idea visualiser. I am considered a digital method expert and I have excellence in most modern digital applications among which Rhninoceros, 3d Studio max, Vray, autocad, microstation, adobe animation and still illustration, T-splines, solid knowledge of Revit and team communication. I also work with parametric interface for Rhino - Grasshopper a tool for developing uniform structure concepts with use of modern generative mathematical methods that also has a large use in striuctural design, urban analysis, especially facade studies and can conmbine multiple skills and competences in multidisciplinary collaboration teams. I have both practicaly used these tools in CAD technical detailing and led education courses inside offices I was working in. I am always very keen on sharing that knowledge. I also been a volontarily teaching at Danish Royal School of Architecture with students of dep.7 on digital conceptual development methods I possess master engineering diploma (Msc. eng Architect ) in architecture and urban planning from Warsaw University of Technology from unit of professor Ewa Kurylowicz (www.apaka.com.pl) and I fulfilled essential part of my studies in Finalnd Tampere / Finland. My diploma was developed under my professors supervision when I was residing in Sweden and Copenhagen office of Henning Larsen is where i obtained my professionalpractices. Min erfaring med byggeri er store arkitektoniske og ingenørfirmaer, som Estudio Lamela / Spanien, Busby + Associates / Vancouver, Fiszer Atelier 41 / Frankrig. Desduden har jeg arbejdet med konkurrenceforslag og tekniske studier i samarbejde med de kontore jeg har samarbejdet med tidligere. Jeg leder på nuværende tidspunkt efter et fast stilling indenfor arkitektur, design og byplanlægning. Jeg er meget intereseret i jeres profil. Ved Henning Larsen har jeg arbejdet i en position som en tæt assistance til sagsstyrende arkitekter med in-proces formgivning, blandt andet BIM Modellering og teknisk implementation, samt kvalitetssikring i gruppe design korrdination. Jeg var med i et teknisk avanceret 3d-cellular facade koncept. Bygningen blev udvalgt vinderen af Mies Van Der Rohe Pris 2013. Jeg har igennem tegnestuen deltaget i mange internationale konkurenceprocesser, hvoraf mange gik ind i projekteringsfaser. Mit afgangsprojekt var udviklet i sideløbende med mit residence i Sverige, hvor jeg har projekteret udvidelsen af det Moderne Kunst Museum i Warszawa til et velfungerende experimental teatersted. Projektet tager udgangspunktet i den urbane strategi med at placering af en moderne form i det historiske miljø, det blev gradvis opfyldt med mange af forskelige kulturelle værdier. Projektet var primusmotor i debaten om det nye og det autentiske omkring byens miljø som var placeret som symbol i den grønne byinfrastruktur.
