KASKOFORSIKRING HULL & MACHINERY 1.2 Al skade For så vidt ikke andet følger af bestemmelserne i Dansk Søforsikrings- Konvention af 2.april 1934 eller af bestemmelserne i denne police, dækker forsikringen al skade, som forårsages ved at en ulykkelig hændelse rammer den forsikrede interesse. 1.2 All loss or damage. Unless otherwise stipulated in the Danish Marine Insurance Convention of April, 2 nd 1934 or in the provisions of this policy, this insurance is to cover all loss or damage to the subject matter insured caused by a fortuitous accident. 10
KASKOFORSIKRING Præmie ved oplægning: Ved oplægning i god og sikker havn eller på en forud af assurandøren godkendt ankerplads i mindst 15 fortløbende dage ydes tilbagebetaling pro rata pr. dag af årspræmien, idet præmien for assurandørens vedvarende risiko beregnes til 20% af årspræmien, dog mindst 0.4% p.a. Oplægges skibet med ladning ombord, forhøjes præmien for assurandørens vedvarende risiko med 25%. Der ydes ikke tilbagebetaling af præmie under ophold for havari eller havarireparation. 11
HULL AND MACHINERY INSURANCE Return of premium for lay-up If the vessel is laid up in a good and safe port or at an anchorage approved in advance by the Insurer for an uninterrupted period of not less than 15 days a pro rata return per day of the annual premium shall be allowed; but for continued laid-up risks a premium of 20% of the annual premium is charged, however not less than 0.4% per annum. If the vessel is laid up with cargo onboard, the laying-up premium for continued risks shall be increased by 25%. No return premium shall be allowed during lay-up due to average or damage repairs. 12

KASKOFORSIKRING HULL & MACHINERY INSURANCE 2.4 Tyveri under oplægning Under oplægning og havneophold dækker forsikringen ikke tyveri af dele af skibets maskineri, reservegods, inventar eller kahytsudstyr og -montering, medmindre der er fast vagt ombord. Een vagtmand kan passe to ved siden af hinanden liggende skibe. 2.4 Theft during laying-up. During laying-up and port call, this insurance does not cover theft of parts of the machinery, spare gear, furniture or cabin equipment unless there is a permanent watchman onboard. One watchman may attend to two vessels moored alongside each other. 14
ALMINDELIGE FORSIKRINGSBETINGELSER GENERAL CONDITIONS 2.3 Ophør i forsikringstiden Forsikringen ophører: 1. hvis skibet skifter klassifikationsselskab, eller hvis klassen ændres, suspenderes, annulleres eller trækkes tilbage, 2.3 Automatic termination. This insurance is to terminate automatically: 1. if the vessel changes the classification society or its class is changed, suspended, discontinued or withdrawn, 15
ALMINDELIGE FORSIKRINGSBETINGELSER 4.5 Usødygtighed Forsikringen dækker ikke skade, der skyldes, at skibet ved afgangen fra sidste havn eller plads ikke var sødygtigt, tilbørligt udrustet og bemandet, forsynet med de fornødne dokumenter vedrørende skib eller ladning eller forsvarligt lastet, medmindre det må antages, at den forsikrede hverken vidste eller burde have indset, at manglen forefandtes. 16
GENERAL INSURANCE CONDITIONS 4.5 Unseaworthiness. This insurance does not cover loss or damage due to the fact that the vessel at departure from last port or place was not seaworthy, properly equipped and manned, provided with the required documents regarding vessel and cargo and properly loaded unless it can be assumed that the Assured neither knew or should have known the existence of the fault. 17
ALMINDELIGE FORSIKRINGSBETINGELSER GENERAL CONDITIONS 4.6 Oplægning Forsikringen dækker ikke skade, der skyldes, at skibet under oplægning ikke er i forsvarlig stand, oplagt på forsvarlig måde eller under forsvarligt opsyn, medmindre det ikke kan lægges den forsikrede til last. 4.6 Laying-up. This insurance does not cover loss or damage due to the fact that the vessel during laying-up is not in a proper condition, properly laid-up or under proper supervision unless no blame herefore can be attached to the Assured. 18
ALMINDELIGE FORSIKRINGSBETINGELSER 4.7 Overtrædelse af sikkerhedsforskrifter Har den forsikrede overtrådt sikkerhedsforskrifter, herunder bestemmelser om lastning, transport og losning af ladning, som er givet af offentlige danske eller fremmede myndigheder eller af internationalt anerkendte organisationer, eller det kan lægges ham til last, at andre har overtrådt sådanne forskrifter, erstattes en indtruffen skade kun i det omfang, det kan godtgøres, at overtrædelsen har været uden indflydelse på forsikrings-begivenhedens indtræden og skadens omfang. 19
GENERAL CONDITIONS 4.7 Breach of safety regulations. In the event of the Assured's breach of safety regulations given by Danish or foreign public authorities or by internationally recognized organisations in respect of loading, transportation and discharge of cargo, or the Assured can be blamed for others having breached such safety regulations, the Assured shall only be entitled to claim compensation to the extent that it can be established that such breach had no influence on the occurrence of the insurance event and the extent of the damage. 20
ALMINDELIGE FORSIKRINGSBETINGELSER GENERAL CONDITIONS 7.4 Assurandørens adgang til skibets klassifikationspapirer. Assurandøren har ved forsikredes mellemkomst ret til adgang til skibets klassifikationspapirer. 7.4 Insurer's access to the vessel's classification papers. The Insurer shall through the intermediary of the Assured be granted access to the classification papers related to the insured vessel. 21
