HISTORIEN OM LAKRIDS BY JOHAN BÜLOW Det var engang i 2007. Stedet var Svaneke på Bornholm, manden var 23 år, og navnet var Johan. Af sin mor var han blevet opdraget til at skulle skabe noget selv. Ikke kun noget han kunne leve af det skulle være noget skabt med hjertet. For Johan var der ingen tvivl. Han elskede lakrids og mente, at der lå en helt ny verden af nydelse gemt i den rå og trevlede lakridsrod. Han ville gøre lakrids til en gourmetoplevelse. I dag er Lakrids by Johan Bülow kendt og elsket i flere lande ikke kun som kvalitetsslik, men også som en del af det nye nordiske køkken.
