September, og der er en ny rengøringsorden. Vi er ved at planlægge en ekstra general forsamling. Der laves først kontrakt med RUCbar til næste år, indtil da kører vi med en mundtlig. Der arrangeres motionsløb d. 26ende semptember. Vdr. RUC valg, vil vi facilitere et debatmøde, men vil ellers ikke have events der ikke er fælles, og ingen plakater rundt omkring i huset. Der er lavet evaluering på husets funktion under rusvejledningen. Hand command bliver til dette års årsfest i Studenterhuset og der arrangeres en middag inden årsfesten. Den skulle have været færdig d. 1/9 men er først klar d. 8. Vi skal holde et åbningsevent for terrassen. Det foreslås at vi gør det i forbindelse med et af intro/ bliv-frivillig arrangementerne i næste uge Terrace: We ve gotten a new terrace. Skal finde ud af om vi have flere møde lokaler / hyggelokaler, forening. Camilla og Lina vil måske godt være med til at finde ud af dette? Committee for use of premises: The committee have not come further with this. Anders, Jonas and Natasja is in the committee. They need to find out if we need more rooms for meetings / more for relaxing, organizations etc. Maybe Camilla and Lina would want to take part in deciding this? Rengøringsordning: Rengøringsordning træder I kraft I denne uge. SH starter, og vi skal sætte et godt eksempel. Vi skal lave en liste over, hvem der har ansvaret I hvilke uger. Ekstraordinær generalforsamling: Generalforsamling ift. Neddrosling af faste pladser i bestyrelsen sker forhåbentlig. Vi har den fordel at en ekstra ordinærforsamling kun kræver 3 uger. Formandskabet har mandat til at træffe beslutning. Omkring 6 pladser er faste, det vil vi gerne have ned. Skal have snakket med studenterrådet mv. Housekeeping scheme: The housekeeping scheme begins this week. SH starts, and we have to set a good example. Also, we need to make a list of whom have the responsibility when. Extraordinaire general assembly: Hopefully the general assembly regarding reducing the fixed seats in the board, is happening. We have that advantage that a general assembly only have to be announced 3 weeks in advance. The precidency have mandate to make decision. Right now 6 of the seats are already given, the wish is to reduce this. Have to talk to the student council. Lav oversigt over hvem der har rengøringsansvar hvornår. Diskussion / Discussion: Kontrakt med RUC-bar: Den gamle kontrakt er udløbet, vi har nu kun en mundtlig kontrakt med RUCbar. Dette betyder at RUCbar i princippet ingen sikkerhed har, men vi giver tilladelse, og lader dem selvfølgelig fortsætte. I forhold til RUCbars økonomi holder klausulen på 100.000 ikke. Fx har baren brugt vildt mange penge på semesterstart, der løbende tjenes ind. Der skal ligge flere penge, f.eks. til indkøb til semesterstart. Den tidligere kontrakt giver ikke mening og skal revurderes. Baren arbejder meget på det lige nu, og der er tale om at lave en fond? Studenterhuset skal lave en ny kontrakt. Der skal laves mange ændringer så vi tager den I snak og ikke kontrakt for det næste halve år, så vi ikke laver en kontrakt der ikke giver mening. vi gør ikke noget ulovligt, så det er bedre at bløde det lidt op. Lave kontrakt når vi har erfaringerne. Status: Der er langt mere salg I baren end før, men ikke meget større omsætning da priserne er lave RUCbar har lige fået en masse regninger for rengøring der går langt tilbage. Vi skal snakke med service og administrationen. Nadia spørger om SH eller baren skal betale disse regninger. Problemet er, at SH ikke kan betale dem, da vi ikke generer indkomst. Der er dog enighed om at hverken SH eller RUCbar skal betale disse regninger da vi ikke har bedt om ekstra rengøring. Desuden burde dette hus have mere rengøring end et basishus. Kirsten tager det op med Service Contract with RUCbar: The old contract is terminated, and now we only have a verbal contract with RUCbar. Principally this means that RUCbar does not have any security exept for our verbal permission, though we ofcause let them continue. Regarding the economy of RUCbar, the clause on 100.000 is not working. For example the bar has used a lot of money on the semester start that only pays off gradually. More money have to be accessible, for example to buy things for semester start. The old contract does not make sense and have to be reevaluated. The bar is working a lot on this right now, and there is talk about making a fund? The Student house have to make a new contract. A lot of changes has to be made, so for the next half year the agreements will be verbally and we will take the time to make a contract that makes more sense. We are not doing anything illegal so it is better to loosen up a bit. Status: The bar sells way more than before, but the profit is not much bigger since the prices are low. RUCbar have got a lot of bills fore cleaning, and they go way back. We need to talk to Service and the administration. Nadia asks if SH or RUCbar should pay these. The problem is that SH cannot pay them since we have no income. However, everyone agrees that neither should pay these bills since we have not asked for or agreed to this extra cleaning. - Besides this house should have way more cleaning than a basis house. Kirsten will talk to then about this. Konklusioner / Conclusions: Vi venter til næste år med at lave en ny kontrakt, da der er en del ændringer, der skal tages højde for. Vi skal tale med administrationen og Service omkring rengøringsproblematikkerne. Talk to the service administration Kirsten Punkt på dagsorden / Item at the agenda Motionsløb / Run Præsenteret af / Presented by Diskussion / Discussion: Kirsten vil gerne arrangere motionsløb. Der foreslås d. 26. September hvor Redbull også holder et arrangement. I forbindelse med løbet er der fredagsbar. Vi skal finde ud af hvad Red Bull sponsorerer, så vi ved, hvad vi selv skal bruge penge på. Rucbar har måske nogle gaver at donere. Kirsten vil skrive til Poul Erik fra kommunen og høre om hank an skaffe nogle penge. Hands er ønsket! Kirsten want to arrange a run. The 26 th of September is suggested as Red Bull are doing something on that day as well. After the run the bar will be open. We have to find out what Red Bull is sponsoring, and what we have to buy. RUCbar may gave some gifts for donation. Kirsten will write Poul Erik from the municipality and ask for donation. Hands are wanted! Konklusioner / Conclusions: Løb d. 26. Diskussion / Discussion: Vi skal tage stilling til hvordan vi forholder os ift. valget på RUC. Det ville være en god idé at sende en mail ud til foreninger om at vi ikke vil have plakater rundt omkring i huset. KUN plakater på egen dør, og ikke på vinduerne. Hvad siger vi til uddeling af kaffe omkring huset, og events i huset? Vi er IKKE en politisk org. Og skal så vidt muligt holde os fri af dette. Forslag om at de skal købe kaffe af os, og ikke bare give det ud af hensyn til baren. Jane mener godt at der må være visse arrangementer i huset, men hvis der er arrangementer skal de holde dem samlet, for SR har større kapacitet end f.eks. Frit Forum Theis siger: vi skal lave en valg debat. Evt spørge om marxisterne vil være med. Holde det 1. Eller 2. Dag i valgperioden. Theis synes det er ok med kaffe event i 1 eller 2 dage sammen, og ellers skal de holde det i kantinen. Rasmus siger at RUCbar har dårlige erfaringer med foredrag i café området, fordi folk kommer ind men ikke køber, og andre studerende ikke kan sidde og snakke i cafeen. Foreninger skal være bedre til at koordinere med baren. De skal evt. benytte rummet oven på, ellers føler andre sig også utilpasse i cafeen. Mere afslappede messer, hvor alle snakker, er ok neden under, men ikke debatter og foredrag. Discussion about our role in the elections. Would be a good idea to send out a mail to the associations about that we do not want posters all around the house. Only posters on own door, and not on the windows. How do we feel about handing out coffee around the house, and events in the house? We are not a political org. and as far as possible have to stay out of the elections. Suggested that they have to buy the coffee from us and not just hand it out for the sake of the bar. Jane thinks it is ok if there are certain events in the house, but if there are, they have to do it together since SR have a bigger capacity that e.g. Frit Forum. Theis says: we have to make an election debate. E.g ask if the Marxists wants to join. Organize it on the 1 st / 2 nd day of the election period. Theis thinks it is ok with coffee 1 or 2 days with both org. together. Besides from that they have to do it in the Cantine Rasmus says that the bar have bad experienced with speeches in the café area, since people enter but buys nothing, and other students cannot sit there and talk. Organizations have to be better to coordinate with the bar. Possibly they should use the room upstairs, so others do not feel uncomfortable. More relaxed fairs, where every one can talk, are ok down stairs, but not debates and speeches. Konklusioner / Conclusions: Vi vil gerne facilitere et debatarrangement i starten af valgperioden, men de skal finde dag, deltagere, debattører. Andre arrangementer skal helst være oven på, så det ikke ødelægger stemningen i baren. Og Vi vil ikke have kaffe og plakater i huset (kun på egne døre) We want to facilitate a debate event, but org. have to find a day, participants and debaters. Other events have to be upstairs so that they do not ruin the atmosphere in the bar. We do not want coffee or posters in the house (only on own doors)

Punkt på dagsorden / Item at the agenda Base for Rusvejledningen, evaluering / basis for the tutoring, evaluation Præsenteret af / Presented by Diskussion / Discussion: Set fra et ruslevjleder synspunkt, var mange glade for at have plads, og have et samlingssted. Som lakaj var det dog svært at finde ud af hvor meget man havde egen-ret over huset. Om andre kan bruge det, og hvad man har ansvar for. Der skal være klarere linjer. Fra et SH synspunkt bliver der dog udtrykt holdninger om, at huset var for åbent, og for mange rusvejledere havde fået adgang fordi nøglekontoret havde klokket i den. Der var også forvirring omkring at det kun var lakajerne der måtte sove her. Nicola og Emil var gode til at smide folk ud. RUCbar var irriterede over snavset service i baren, og at der ikke var gjort rent. Kælderen var rodet, hvilket gjorde det besværligt at komme forbi med varer, og der var låst op til bar-køkkenet og et køleskab var brudt op (kunne blive et stort problem hvis fødevarestyrelsen kom forbi). Desuden var huset åbent i hele rus perioden, og det skulle kun have været for formandskabet. Tilgengæld var der rigtig pænt da Rus-vejledningen sluttede og baren overtog ved semesterstart. Baren forslår en kommunikationskæde om ansvar, om hvem man kontakter vdr. disse problemer. I forhold til at holde åbent: Som RUS-vejleder var det fedt at det var lukket, men fra et SH synspunkt skal vi også tage hensyn til andre studerende. Men når vores frivillige er rusvejledere, er der ingen til at stå i baren. Synd for de nye studerende der ikke har kunnet opleve hvad studenterhuset er. From a tutor point of view, many people were happy to have space and a gathering place. How ever it was difficult to figure out how much the tutors had the house to them selves, and what their responsibilities were. Need for more clear guidelines. From a SH point of view there are opinions that the house were to open, and to many tutors had gotten access to the house, since the key office made a mistake. Also, there was confusion about the fact that only lakaj er could sleep in the house. But Nicola and Emil were good to throw people out. RUCbar was annoyed that there were dirty tableware in the bar, and there was not cleaned. The basement was dirty, and made it difficult to pass with items. Also there was not locked to the bar-kitchen and a fridge was broken into (could have been a big problem if food controls had come by). Also, the house was open for the whole rus period and it shoud only have been for the precidency. However, everything was nice and tidy when the tutors went and the bar took over. The bar suggests a communication chain so that you know who to contact about these problems. Regarding keeping bar open: As a tutor it was nice that the bar was closed, but from an SH point of view we also have to consider other students. However when our volunteers are tutors, there re nobody to be in the bar.

Erasmus studerende, meritter, kandidater, professorer har ønsket at være her. Som Rusvejleder er det også underligt, ikke at kunne vise studenterhuset frem. Omvendt godt at nye studerende får tilknytning til deres hus. Hvad var den oprindelige beslutning: SH var egentlig pro at her var åbent, men rusvejledningen bad om at her var lukket og RUCbar havde ikke bartendere. Det behøver ikke at være, at baren har åbent, men blot at her er indbydende for andre studerende. Vi skal måske ikke holde bar med øl, men have åbent for kaffe. Eller sælge øl, men holde lukket kl 17. A shame that the new students could not experience what the student house is. Erasmus students, merits, masters, professors has expressed wish to be here. As a tutor it is also weird that you cannot show the house to the new students. On the other hand, it is good that they get a connection to their house. The original decision: In the beginning SH was pro that it was open, but the tutoring asked to have it closed and RUCbar had no bartenders. It does not have to be so that the bar is open, only that the house is welcoming for other students. Maybe no beer sale, but open for coffee, or sell beer but close at 5pm. Konklusioner / Conclusions: Evt. / AOB Theis: Omkring en dag hvor DJØF kan holde bliv voksen dag. Baren er ok med det, men det skal være på en social måde. Desuden kan man tænke på om organisationer kan leje baren. Så kan organisationer f.eks købe to fustager til frivillige, men det må tages op med bar ledelsen, som Rasmus ikke længere er med i. Bestyrelsen i baren: det skal vi igen, f.eks. om onsdagen. F.eks. til infomøderne. Natasja: Om KAM og hand-command i ugen op til Årsfesten. Natasja og Asger var ansvarlige for KAM. Der blev snakket om at det kunne være fedt at de var i SH, men RUCbar flytter op i kantinen. vi skal stadig være et studenterhus. Kirsten: Forfest / middag til årsfest: Kunne være fedt at arrangere middag for alle dem der ikke har et sted at tage hen inden årsfest, for alle dem der ikke har basis. Vi kunne tage en fin pris for middag og tjene penge med det. Der skal findes et kokkehold. Der er bestilt t-shirts, men de skal bestilles igen. liked to sleep here but they didn t get permission.
