Tilbagemelding fra leverandører Ca. 75 % meldte tilbage, med mange forskellige svar: Da REACH ikke er vedtaget, har vi ikke taget stilling. Da RIP-projekterne stadig ikke er færdige, kan vi ikke give et svar. Vi kan ikke give et svar, da produkterne ligger i forhandling om at komme på undtagelseslisterne. Ja, vi vil præ-registrere alle vores produkter. We are in the process of conducting an internal review of both our raw materials and products to fully assess the implications of REACH for XXXXX in more detail. At this juncture we are pleased to inform you that we do not anticipate withdrawing any of our current products from the EU market. We will continue to monitor the legislation and developing guidance and keep our customers advised of any potential impacts of REACH on our European businesses.
