Change Change management is an approach to transition of individuals, teams, and organizations to a desired future state (Dictionary definition)

ProjectZERO Roadmap As an area we have the potential because we have a great concentration of technology and knowledgeintensive enterprises to carry out the best solutions. But for the individuals, shop owners or farmers it is about the solutions that pay back within a short period of time. We should therefore raise awareness of sustainability in all age groups; create knowledge and skills to support a ZEROcarbon development in Sonderborg area across geography, knowledge and age. Participation Participation, is a process through which all members of a community or organization are involved in and have influence on decisions related to development activities that will affect them. That implies that development projects will address those community or group needs on which members have chosen to focus, and that all phases of the development process will be characterized by active involvement of community or organization members. The ZERObuild programme The purpose of the project is to create new knowledge between craftsmen and company within the construction industry, through upgrading their know-how in system solutions and Smart Grids. ZERObuild s primary tasks is to: - Create - Develop - Perform courses

ZEROcompany ProjectZero s own company learning program, ZEROcompany, created together with the CDP Carbon Disclosure Project a special participation program for SMEcompanies, with the result that 40% of all Danish companies which had been registered in the CDP-database in 2009 had its base in Sonderborg.

A Learning City is a city which effectively mobilizes its resources in every sector to promote inclusive learning from basic to higher education re-vitalise learning in families and communities facilitate learning for and in the workplace; extend the use of modern learning technologies; enhance quality and excellence in learning; and foster a culture of learning throughout life. it will create and reinforce individual empowerment and social cohesion, economic and cultural prosperity, and sustainable development
