Strandhåndbold-stævne i Damp ved Østersøen i Tyskland For alle U12-, U14-, U16- og U18-spillere i Snejbjerg Håndbold Fredag den 17. maj søndag den 19. maj 2019 Vi gentager succesen fra de sidste par år Afgang fredag kl. 11,00 fra Snejbjerg Hallen (Store Bededag) og forventet hjemkomst søndag aften. Kørsel sker samlet i bus. Der vil være mulighed for indkøb ved grænsen fredag på vejen derned. Vi bor i A-huse (sommerhuse) til 6 personer, som ligger tæt ved banerne. Vi er i år blevet tildelt en forhåndsreservation af A-husene ved hurtig tilmelding derfor tilmelding allerede nu Opholdet inkluderer halvpension (morgenmad og aftensmad). Fri adgang til vandland samt Fun & Sport Center er inkluderet i prisen. Stævnet afvikles med samme årgangssammensætning som i den igangværende sæson (i Tyskland hedder vores U12 i stedet U13 og vores U14 hedder i Tyskland U15 osv.). Dispensationsspillere må deltage som i den igangværende turnering. Med tilskud fra Støtteforeningen og håndboldklubben kan vi holde egenbetalingen nede på 675 DKK pr. spiller. Forældre og søskende er også meget velkomne - dog uden tilskud til egenbetaling, hvorfor prisen udgør 945 DKK pr. person. Accommodation categories FOR THE PERIOD 17 19 MAY IN DAMP Choose your accommodation from tents, hostels, bungalows or hotels. As tournament coordinators we promise that your team will stay in the same housing. Camping site: Located right next to the beach, you will sleep in tents brought by yourselves. Sanitary facilities are of course on site. Additionally a sleeping bag, airbed and other utilities need to be brought along. The tournament venue is situated in 15 minute walking distance and can be covered by walking a beautiful way along the ocean. You can also travel the distance with you own car. Youth hostel Kappeln: the youth hostel is located in Kappeln. It takes approximately 15 minutes by car to go to the tournament venue in Damp. Please make sure that you come with own cars or by bus to get to Damp. Unfortunately there is no shuttle-service from Kappeln to Damp. Hostel/Pension: One of the accommodations, consisting of a main house and various wooden bungalows, is located on a 10,000 m2, ingrown and park-like grounds. The rooms are shared rooms of different sizes. The hostel is less than 20 minutes walk from the tournament beach. Bungalows: The bungalows in Damp are small houses with a kitchen, a bathroom and a living and dining area. The houses have different sizes (5, 6 or 8 persons) and are located in walking distance to the beach. Bed linen and towels for showering are available. Unfortunately, the size of the Nurdachhäuser can not be selected in advance. Single & double room Hotel: the hotel of the Baltic sea resort Damp offers comfortable and lovingly equipped rooms and is located right next to the beach. Short distances guaranteed.

Depending on the size of the group and the distance to the tournament location, you can book your round trip from 45,00 per person. We offer you in cooperation with our insurance partner Signal Iduna a travel insurance. So you are secured in case of illness-related failures. There are different variants of the insurance available: It should be noted that groups are partially merged and thus share a bus. The bus is not exclusively available to the respective group at the tournament location. ... Good to know 1. Can I participate with more than one team or can other teams of my club join the event? If we still have free slots, we would be very happy if you make our special tournament to an event for your whole club. Of course you can forward all the tournament information to the other coaches of your club. 2. Is there a registration deadline for the individual tournaments? We do not have a registration deadline, but we recommend to start the planning process as early as possible, because many tournaments are fully-booked quite early. We can reserve a spot for a tournament for a desired period. 3. Is there a maximum number of players? You can take part with as many players as you want. It would be too bad if some of your players would have to miss out on the trip. 4. Can parents or other persons join the team? Parents, siblings or other accompanying persons can come to the tournament with you - a big fan club makes the tournament even more fun. Of course, you will all stay in the same accommodation. 5. Is the number of participants fixed after registration? You will have the possibility to make one free booking change 10 weeks before the tournament starts. Furthermore you can sign up for a travel insurance when registering. This allows you to cancel participants afterwards, for example when someone gets ill. 6. Do we have to take care of food? We take care of the food - breakfast and dinner is usually included in the price. For lunch there is something to buy at the tournament location. We offer different food options for reasonable prices.
