TWISTER Rolf Schmidt Industri Plast /S designs and manufactures two-piece twisters primarily for the packaging and filling industry. Twisters from Rolf Schmidt Industri Plast can be adapted to all situations and offer a wide range of unique benefits. twister is able to turn an item a specific number of degrees in order to allow different processes to be performed, for example emptying, cleaning, date marking and much more. The jar twister shown above was supplied to a customer, and is designed to turn a jar so that parts or debris can be blown out. fter being blown with air, the jar is returned to its original position so it is ready for filling. The design of our twisters is unique in that they are only constructed from two pieces, which means far fewer joints compared to other, older design types. Having as few joints as possible offers a number of benefits for example the twister is extremely easy to clean, there is no bacteria build-up in the construction, and there is minimal friction. Moreover, in only comprising two pieces, the twister is very easy to change, while its compact design also means that it takes up little space in the production line.
MOUL KITS Rolf Schmidt Industri Plast /S supplies mould kits and transport and distribution systems primarily to the packaging and filling industry. Rapid changes in bottle size or geometry is not uncommon. Our strength lies in being able to quickly supply complete mould kits that match the new bottle format.
