Fashion and lifestyle in the heart of Funen ROSENGÅRDCENTRET IS SITUATED IN ODENSE, THE THIRD LARGEST CITY OF DENMARK It takes only a short drive to Rosengårdcentret from the center of Odense. It is located in a popular and frequently visited retail area that holds large format stores with neighbors such as IKEA, Bilka, Stadium, Elgiganten and BabySam. Retailers in the area together with the broad variety of brands within the shopping center make Rosengårdcentret a popular super-regional shopping mall for the population of Funen. Et område i rivende udvikling Rosengårdcentret ligger midt i et område, som indenfor de kommende år vil opleve øget tilstrømning på grund af flere store byggeprojekter. Bl.a. byder fremtiden på et nyt supersygehus (OUH) og en udvidelse af Syddansk Universitet. Mest markant er dog anlæggelsen af en letbane med planlagt stop ved Rosengårdcentret. Den forventede belægning på denne strækning er 10.000 personer pr. hverdagsdøgn. Most importantly, the construction of a tramway line stop at Rosengårdcentret on the planned tramway line is on the sketching board. The tramway is estimated to carry more than 10,000 people a weekday.

Første skridt bliver åbningen af den helt nye Lilla Gade, hvor der er fokus på high class mode. Planen er på lang sigt, at Rosengårdcentret skal have et nyt look med udgangspunkt i en grafisk skildring af den fynske forfatter H.C. Andersens verdensberømte eventyr. De grafiske elementer kombineres med moderne skandinavisk arkitektur og løfter dermed Rosengårdcentret op på et helt nyt niveau. Den spændende forvandling starter i Lilla Gade. The new Rosengårdcentret We ve got big ambitions for the ongoing development of the interior of Rosengårdcentret. First step is the opening of our brand new Purple Street, that will focus on high class fashion. The long-term plan is a completely new look for Rosengårdcentret based on a graphical interpretation of the funish author H.C. Andersens world famous fairytales. The graphical elements will be combined with modern, Scandinavian architecture and will make visiting Rosengårdcentret an experience on a whole new level.
