Mid-palate is smooth with tones of maple, oak, and nutmeg. Finish is long, dry, and satiny with a light toffee flavor. Bullit Rye 45 % 55 From Kentucky. Rather hot at first, the spices coming to the forefront. This is followed by peaches, more cherries and a little bit of orange zest Four Roses 40 Hints of pear and apple compliment floral aroma and mix with a taste of honey and spice.
