PROJECTS IN 2017 & 2018 THEME - Data-driven Operations Theme characteristic This theme is characterised by a data-driven approach to those working procedures that involve day-to-day operations in the city. DATADREVET DRIFT OG TILSYN Drift og monitorering af grønne områder 1. Projektbeskrivelse Formål og beskrivelse: Projektet skal effektivisere driften af grønne områder. Brug af sensorer og mobile arbejdsgange skal give mere effektiv vanding og pleje af træer og planter ved automatisk at prioritere ressourcerne, der hvor behovet er størst. Tidsramme: Opstart i 2018 H1. 5. Projektejerskab og engagement i forvaltningen Projektejer: TMF: Center for Driftsudvikling v. Helle Holsøe. Finansieringsbehov: Vil blive afklaret sammen med projektejer. Finansieringskilde: Vil blive afklaret sammen med projektejer. 2. Ophæng i kommunens mål Ophæng i strategi for Bynatur 2015-2025. Mål om 100.000 flere træer Relateret til TMF målsætning om 75% af københavnerne der oplever København som en grøn by (68% i 2015). 6. Modenhed i teknologi Teknologimodenheden er lav til medium. Test gennemført i Street Lab viste, at selv om der er et potentiale, så er der endnu ikke etableret en velfungerende prototype. Der er eksempler fra udlandet på implementering af løsninger i mindre skala. 7. Potentiale for væsentlig værdiskabelse 3. Tværgående behov Sammenhæng med indsamling af affald og smartere tilsyn med byen, da der er overlap i forhold til at etablere automatiserede arbejdsgange, som er behovsdrevet fremfor baseret på en fast frekvens. Økonomisk effekt: Vil blive afklaret i pilotprojekt. Kvalitetseffekt: Vil blive afklaret i pilotprojekt. 4.
