The globe our solar system. Know that down there on a very very thin edge on a tiny planet called earth life as we know it, does exist. Its a miracle in this vastness of darkness and nothingness that we have the chance to breath with butterflies, pelicans, lizards and huge whales. We share that tiny egde with water and air with so many beautiful and creatures and you are on of them. Its your spaceship. Its your family. Andreas Mogensen would agree. We are all with eachother, not against eachother. There is one planet and one people with lots of variations. Breath 1-2-3-4-5
Sitting down and meditating will not change the world. But when we do just that, we enter a space inside ourselve, a very special spot where we feel a natural urge to take responsibilty and live our lifes with open eyes. Connected to life. In our selfes and around us. Our very natural default setting is to love life. I also love the fish I kill and even the mosquitoes that bite. Heart coherence fills us with love, we often mistake the missing of the feeling with false stuff we seek in the outside world, alcohol, drugs, porn, cigarettes, facebook, lots of sugar.. Its just excuses and deadend roadways that give us pleasure in a moment. Think longterm. Will this make me happy??? Every choice we make, every step we take is either in a direction towards a more sustainable and peacefull world or away from it. Remember you cant move forward all the time, its ok to go backwards once in a while, just know that you had to, so you can stop up later and redirect.
