Udfordring: Der er for få der udvikler Type-2 diabetes! Der er cirka 24 personer som har udviklet type-2 diabetes i projektet, hvilket er mindre end forventet. Nøjes med at kigge på sekundære outcomes, fx HbA1c (langtidsblodsukker). og/eller Mulig forlængelse af projektet med passiv opfølgning.
Sikre bedst mulige videnskabelige resultater, herunder særligt ved at fastholde deltagerne i projektet, og fastholde vægttab og reducere type-2 diabetes for deltagerne. Vigtigt at deltagerne kan være med til at facilitere og bidrage til opfyldelse af succes. Tak for jeres vigtige bidrag til projektet

PREVIEW undersøgelsesdag på NEXS Blodtryk og puls Pulsen er den udvidelse af pulsåren som sker når hjertet trækker sig sammen. En normal hvilepuls for kvinder ligger på 70 slag i minuttet og for mænd på 60 slag i minuttet. Det siges, at en lav hvilepuls giver et længere liv. Hvilepulsen falder via træning og en bedre kondition. PREVIEW undersøgelsesdag på NEXS Blodsukker Under faste skal glukose være under 7 mmol/l. 2 timer efter indtag af 75 g glukose skal niveauet være under 11,1 mmol/l. Kriterierne fra WHO/IDF (International Diabetes Foundation) til at vurdere om man har pre-diabetes er blevet anvendt ved inklusion I PREVIEW: For at deltage skal forsøgspersonerne være overvægtige med BMI > 25 kg/m 2 og have et faste blodsukker på 5,6-6,9 mmol/l eller nedsat glukose tolerance (blodsukker 7,8 11,0 mmol/l to timer efter et indtag af 75 gram ren glukose). 14 June 2016 39
