Virksomhedernes udfordringer Ca. 50% af HR-ansvarlige oplever stigende behov for medarbejdere med kendskab til udenlandske markeder og globale konkurrenceforhold. Ca. 25 % har svært ved at finde medarbejdere med de efterspurgte kompetencer. Ca. 20 % rekrutterer i stigende grad medarbejdere fra udlandet for at få dækket deres kompetencebehov. En global rundspørge blandt 40.000 arbejdsgivere, viser at 35 % af disse har problemer med at finde de rette talenter til stillinger.

Danmarks udfordringer I 2030 vil Danmark mangle 30.000 kloge hoveder (DI prognose) Adgang til veluddannet arbejdskraft er den vigtigste faktor, når internationale virksomheder vælger at slå sig ned i hovedstadsregionen (KPMG).
